We are now on module four, which is beating. So here is our quote, procrastination is the thief of time by Edward young. Now, I don't know about you, but my time is very important. Being a single mom and trying to make sure that I maximize my time to make sure I have for my daughters. So I want to make sure that everything I'm doing is time efficient and effective, right. So whether we are inspired or not, we will always have to fight procrastination.

There are always distractions and excuses to prevent us from reaching our goals and keep us in the running behind schedule. So get rid of clutter is actually one of those things. Now you may find that as harmless But in actuality, it leads to distraction. You're no longer focused, which leads to procrastination. So one of the first things you want to do is to remove unnecessary items. Get rid of your clutter, if it is something that you're no longer utilizing, whether it's a gadget, whether it's clothes, get rid of them for clothes, if you're not wearing them within the Four Seasons, is probably time to hand them over.

With gadgets work the same way, maybe not the four seasons. But if you realize that you're not utilizing them, whether they're mobile devices, or tablets or computers, get rid of them and actually pay it forward. There's a lot of organizations out there that refurbish these items, and they sell them at a lower price to help those in need. Another thing is clean up the area at the end of each workday. So before you leave, clean up your area because that way when you come in the morning, then you're fresh and you're ready to start without having to worry about it. Because when you have a cluttered desk, you kind of have a cluttered mind.

And that stops you from proceeding the head. And we don't want that. Because then that leads to procrastination because you're no longer focus. The next thing is put things back where they go before the end of the day, or when you're done with your items, put them back because then that allows you to have organize sation and organization is important for cleaning up areas for getting you to remain focus in order to help you spark new ideas and create positive energy. Then you don't want anyone else to clutter your environment. So if someone comes along and they go, Hey, can you just keep this on your desk for a minute?

No, because believe it or not, they're cluttered. Now becomes your clutter. And now your clutter actually stops, right? The ideas form because now you have all of this on your desk. And that leads to procrastination. So remember that and finally have space chosen for items.

So even when you complete or you've gotten rid of items, and you bring more in, you have to make sure that you have a space for them because then it started looking like clutter again. So that's one of the things that you these are some of the things strategies you can do to get rid of clutter. The next is self imposed limitations, because we actually put so much on ourselves where we believe we can't do certain things, that our boundaries are so restricted. It allows us It doesn't allow us but it actually hinder us from progressive, right. So you have to change your mindset and set real goals. So when you do all that Of these things.

It allows you to step outside of your paradigm to challenge yourself and create new goals, right. So maybe it's public announcement speaking or a speaking engagement that you want to partake in? Well, by setting these goals, now you'll be able to do them. But you don't want to set something so broad and so General, that it leads to stress. So remember, changing your mindset, looking at the situation, honestly, and setting real goals will help eliminate some of the self imposed limitations that hinder you. We're done.
