Hi guys, we were just talking about action research. And today I'm on my way to one of the schools in Qatar to engage teachers on quality of action research with reference to making them understand the problems of their real life situation in the classroom. So, I look forward to some of the initiatives towards identification of the classroom problems, which relate to distractions in the classroom. For attendance, the children not taking interest in the class, and of course, exploring the connectivity between the teacher and the students. So the action research communicates with the further reference of managing children in the best way possible, through the sense of engaging them in the classroom and making them possibility of Yes, you can, instead of trying to get the knowledge which actually criticizes them of their presence in the classroom with reference to encapsulation of new ideas, the digital framework of classroom teaching has taken a new face today, with reference to getting connected with the world, the emphasis towards implementation of AI, AR, and whatnot with reference to chatbox, the 5g connectivity, and of course, the dependence on the IoT world.

To the matter of fact, the children excited to get engaged in the world of avatars and the Avengers movie has a great fetch of history. interest that the children are ready to escape the classes and get to go to the movie theaters. And that is the bounced approach. Whether it's a new season of particular, maybe cereal on Netflix or hot stuff, the children are excited about the knowledge being figured to them. And hence there is a great divide between the teachers and the students in the classroom. So that research targets on my ground of teaching for over three decades and engaging the teachers as a teacher trainer.

I feel that they need to be mounted towards new way of learning in the classroom. The new vocabulary of that of A for apple before boy and supercat has to take place with reference on identity. The applications have to be redefined. As a foreign to be for Blackberry, and C for plant is my difference. The activation refers with modulation of new page of learning in the classroom. And here we as teachers look forward to generating some more interest in the classroom.

As a matter of being a teacher, not only being reflector of knowledge, but also to the ground of making learning happen. Friends, making learning happen has to be a priority for both the students and the teachers. For we just cannot think of teaching the way we were taught. Because the research shows that the New Age learning has to be initiated with the New Age monitoring, with the New Age influences on learning to learn as a hobby, rather than an occasional occurrence and that new learning Learning has to be privileged with the condition of making learning as a priority for I believe, as teacher trainer, that the more you learn, the more you earn, in terms of honor, respect, and recognition. Friends, there's always a possibility of making the target of having learned the way all your lights. But at times, there are scenarios in the classroom in France, where children look forward to with an aha moment as a priority.

So that aha moment in the class is not figuring out to the essence of learning to learn as a hobby for teachers tend to teach in the classroom, the way they've been teaching all the years with the notion of, Oh, this is how I have learned or my teachers have taught. So I will be figuring out the same way. Well, I'm sorry, that will not work. That will not work to the say that we need to be finding out what children want to learn in a way. And that preference has to be monitored with the video reacting to your questions and answers. And the priority of asking questions in the classroom should not be figurative only to the classroom factors.

But at the same time, this has to be encapsulated. This has to be encapsulated with the march of new page of learning with the march of new profile of learning as a teacher, for the teacher has to be knowledgeable, updated, and street smart. And with the term street smart. I mean, that the teacher has to be systematic, meticulous. Artistic realistic and tactful, and that's so very important with an essence to making learning a priority for all the children in the classroom for all the managers who manage children as a preference of making learning a possibility. And for that preference, I want that day teachers need to be encapsulated of a new page of learning every day.

It is for preference that of our, the Facebook posts or Instagram, or probably the follow for Twitter. Everything has to be followed with preference of making learning a priority. And the initiative has to be to kill. Ignorance is my difference. To pure ignorance. The priority has to be for the teachers in the classroom, to cure ignorance, for there has to be an essence of motivated learning self motivated learning, there has to be a framework of learning to learn with preference of making a priority of the children, the teachers, and make sure that this action research integrates with everyday affair of us in the classroom.

Every moment, every class of 35 to 40 to 40 minutes actually gives you the data to reveal yourself, whether the children were interpretive, whether the children reacted to our questions, or they are simply asking questions to kill time, whether they know it or not, they are figuring it to the essence of learning or not. So there is an objective to our presence in the classroom in a big way. And we need to understand that aspect of making learning a priority for the children, for the teachers and for the classrooms as figuring to The aspect of New Age learning and friends, let me tell you that the figuring of understanding the classroom to the concept of total quality management, which was developed by the American Edwards Deming, after the World War Two has had a wonderful implementation in academics through which Now, of course, the reflective study of the classroom learning scenario using many of the tools like that of mind maps and fishbone diagram actually integrate towards the causes the consequences, the symptoms, and the implementation of strict working parents, for example, the poor supervision on children's activities, the ineffective communication, the lack of motivation, the determination, the leadership, the confidence, the self esteem, and the moral and the ethical values all refer to that Round of learning.

And then of course, the consequences can be about no effective or proper academic development. There has to be the change in the habits and the behavior that has to be a perfection towards acknowledging weaknesses, life skills based activities has to take place and increase parental involvement. And defining boundaries and setting up goals all relate to the reflection of New Age learning through the implementation of quality circles as an initiative of a benchmark of fair, and I'm very sure, with reference to New Age, integration of technology and the creativity in the classroom. The new framework of productivity will function in reference to engaging the kids in the classroom. And making them feel better and explode to the essence of teaching should not be the only only one way flow of information. Instead, it has to be an integrated form of learning from audience, learning from the sight of the teachers and learning from the sight of the students.

And in fact, at times, even I observed as a part of my learning scenario, that teachers learn more when they go for a range of duties as a part of a research study, that they tend to explore the productivity, they tend to monitor new ways of learning. And above all, they also integrate the functioning the scenario and the framework in a big, big way. So my advice to all teachers who actually need to improve they need to revisit on their teaching trends they need to revisit on the modulation of what and how of learning and at the very time, they need to integrate their learning preferences and their teaching preferences on the go. It should not be like I've been teaching for the last 10 years. So why should I improve? No, my dear friends, the reflection has to be of the taste of learning to learn as a hobby, rather than an occasional occurrence.
