Well, let's go to face mode and grab some of these faces. So let's hit one on the keyboard. Now we're in front orthographic. So this could be where eyes are, let's maybe grab the top here and hold shift and select these both. Now if you hit e on the keyboard that will extrude or you can use this button right here, it will take that original piece of geometry, you hit E, and then just start lifting up and this can be our eyeball socket. So we'll just go ahead, maybe somewhere in that area.

So we've got some nice little eyes popping out here. Next, we want to make the trunk so let's go ahead and grab this one right here. Let's say e on the keyboard to extrude and then left click to confirm that did if we hit e again, something amazing happens we can keep going. So we'll just go ahead and confirm that maybe hit G and Z to make it go up ever so slightly. Let's hit To on our keyboard and grab, you can double click and notice that with the double click, I've selected that whole loop and we can hit G, and z. Let's just bring it up kind of like a 45 degree angle.

Go back to three, grab our face, hit G and C to lock it in the z axis. And now we've got this cool trunk. So let's do even one more, maybe even rotate that plane ever so slightly on the on the X. Don't overdo it, like I just did there. But, you know, maybe open it up just a little bit. And then we'll extrude one more time, just a little bit.

And now let's hit s to scale it up. So s and now look at there, we've got some scaling going on, and making that as large as you want. I'm going to do it pretty, pretty over exaggerated here. And then let's hit e just a little bit rounded out ever so slightly. Now we've got this crazy, massive Trump going on. And so now I've made these the Final top one.

But what we're going to do here is another trick called inset. So you can click it right here, it looks like a little cube within a cube. But what I like to do is just hit I on the keyboard, and that will let you inset so we'll insert right there. And now let's extrude but instead of pulling towards our face, we're going to push in and look how cool we don't want to pop through to where we see the you know the the previous lines, but just right before it so now we've got this kind of little, little shape happening that looks like maybe air or water could come out. That's super cool. If you want to get creative, you can keep extruding and scaling and bring that trunk all the way down here.

That's a challenge for you. But I'm just gonna leave it there for now. And then let's get some legs on this bad boy or girl. So let's hit three. Make sure we've got the face select. Let's click and hold Shift on each one of these corners and now hit E and pulled down and that will extrude some little legs look cute.

And we know from our thorough theory that these Artists should print pretty swell. And now we'll hit e again to make a little bit longer. And now for this one, we're just going to hit eat and it just barely go down ever so slightly. And that will kind of round off and Kathy's kind of like it's a little kids chair or something. It's really adorable. So now we've got our trunk, our legs.

Let's go in here, and let's do a tail. So maybe grab this one here, and we're going to just extrude out. And maybe let's scale it in just a little bit. And let's go grab and go on the z axis. And let's rotate that plane on the X. So it's kind of pointing up, and let's extrude again.

And then let's extrude again, and in this one, we can scale up just a little bit. That'll be the tip of the tail, and then we'll extrude and then scale that down. really small. Notice here we've got a cute little tail. We could even accentuate it a little Let's hit go to edge mode, double click, and now we've got the whole loop of that and let's just scale that in. So make it a little bit more kind of tight right there.

We could even add another loop cut, you know, if you want to get crazy, add a loop, click, select where you want it, and just pinch it right there. You can also do one up top and pinch that one right there. So that's getting a little bit more advanced. But that's all you have to do. Let's go ahead and bring in some eye sockets. So let's go back to face mode, click on this one and click on this one.

Now just hit I and we're going to insert those and this is going to be our eye holes. So kind of in the middle there of the the overall arching mesh. And now we could either grab these and push them back in with a y, which is one cool look. You could also hit E to extrude. So you know that gives it a little bit more rounded look, whatever kind of vibe you're going for, and just make sure you Don't push the eyeballs, you know, out the back of the head here, you want to bring them in before they start popping out. And so there you go.

Now we've got these little eye sockets. And let's get them out. So this right here can be our mouth, you can't see it because of the subsurface modifier. If I turn on this little triangle icon, you can see it looks a little bit more realistic to kind of what it's at. So you can turn that on or off. And this is just your edit cage.

You can toggle the Edit cage on and off. This is pretty helpful here because I can see what's going on with the mouth. So let's insert that. Boy, he's got a little mouth. And then you can in you can hit extrude and extrude in now he's like, wow, and let's go pretty deep. I think that's funny.

So now he's like, wow, he's really excited for some reason. And that's looking pretty good. Now let's bring out the ears. So I'm going to grab this one and this one. Let's try something crazy. Let's do this one and this one and see what Let's see what that does.

So if we hit extrude Alright, that's kind of cool. Not exactly what I wanted. Maybe if we change some of these origins, try individual origins. And maybe they'll push out from just, you know, by themselves. So let's say he, okay, now we're talking. I'm liking that.

So let's extrude that out. I'm gonna go ahead and accept that with a click. And then let's say he again, let's get some big ears on this guy. Looky there, he's like, Oh, hello, everybody. Now we can take maybe these bottom ones, maybe these need to come down a little bit. So let's shift click on these as well.

And hit extrude. see what that does. Alright, so we're breaking our 45 degree rule. So this is a decision we have to make, you know, who want to come out here and have some Dumbo ears. Maybe they go all the way to the ground, that would be kind of cool. So now let's go to our third view.

That looks pretty cool. It will also help stabilize it, but it's a little extreme. So let's do that. Let's just take that, maybe add this one in, and this bottom one. And let's extrude that. There we go.

Now we're talking. So maybe let's not do that, that will still do that. We'll still mess up our support lists designing here. We could do it if we want support, but I'm gonna try and do it without. So let's just bring these ears and let's show like these and select this face. And let's inset that ever so slightly, already looking pretty cool.

We've got these cute little ears and let's just grab those and bring them back on the z axis. You can notice we're starting to clip there. So let's just round it out. Maybe somewhere there. We've got these crazy elephant ears. And that is our elephant.

Let's go ahead and add some eyes. So to do that, let's go back to object mode and you've done it you've made like it Basic elephant So good job.
