Hello friends, the coming videos which is a wonderful ancient Chinese methods to start taking care of mind and body through movement, breathing and meditation. and achieve means the life energy or bio energy or as they call it, the yoga this prana and Gong means work or method. So we learn to start working with this cheat energy through the breathing and the movements in the meditation and start to kind of really opening it up in the body moving into the body. Now, in these djegal exercises in the movie is not so About how strong you can do this, or how much you can stretch out or open up as we sometimes do in yoga as a practicing yoga practice. It's more about doing it with as much fluidity as possible, as loose and relaxed as possible with but with very much attention and awareness. So that it's like becoming like water, we become very fluid, we become very loose, adaptable to all forms both physically and mentally as well.

But at the same time, having that strength it can cut through rock as well. So with these movements, try to do it as mindful as possible so that it becomes like a moving meditation and through repetition with time, you can become more and more flexible, more and more strong without putting too much effort into it. In this Qigong exercise we try to start opening up the body and the nervous system, the blood flow etc. But we also have these energy channels running through the body as you might know from acupuncture and acupressure, these different meridians. And with these different techniques, we start to open up all these meridians and how to open up all these energy channels. So that really this life energy can flow well and can flow through our body to make the body strong and healthy.

Some of you might think energy I don't really believe in energy, but with what do you think I'm talking now and moving and with what is my heart beating and even head the thoughts that I'm creating etc. What are you seeing things now I'm processing it in your mind and digesting the food etc. This is all energy with it which is moving through my body through this life through Nature etc. So we start to learn to tune in with this energy start to open everything up. So we become mentally and physically healthy, but also more aware of a deeper layer of the self and a higher state of consciousness and being
