So we've seen that the more you repeat something, the easier it becomes for you to do this. And also the more it becomes a set pattern in your brain and in also your emotional system. So, by becoming able to generate a state of thankfulness, repeating this four more times the state of feeling okay with bodies, the more that becomes a set pattern in your whole emotional system, as well. So that's why for the coming weeks, I would like to invite you to everyday before you fall asleep to put one hand on the belly when you're laying in bed, one hand on the belly, one hand on the heart, and for a couple of nice deep breaths, these yogic breaths, generating for a moment is state of thankfulness. And this could be by becoming thankful for some things that maybe happened in a day or maybe that you will Have a bed to sleep in or let your head food whatever.

However simple it might be, but becoming able to generate that state with the breathing. And the more you do it, the more easy it becomes. And the more you repeat this, the more it becomes a set pattern in your emotional system. To feel okay in is with what it is to feel completeness to feel, thankfulness and inner richness. So do that for the coming weeks every day before you go to sleep with your hand on the belly, hand on the heart, a couple of nice calm breaths and generate the state of its own.
