Hey guys, Zach while here, welcome to another episode. In today's episode, we're gonna be teaching you how to make sure you can ride and Ollie very comfortably before starting this trip. This is one of the most basic tricks so you can pretty much practice it anywhere with a curb and stop. So let's get started. The first step in the learning the manual is to get the motions down while riding on the ground. You can practice this anywhere with smooth black ground.

Practice writing fast and lifting your front trucks and wheels off of the ground. Practice balancing on your back truck only while still riding. Once you've got your balance down, it's time to try a manual. When writing up the manual off, you're always and when you land focused on leaning back on your back Trust. Now it takes some practice but once you get used to it, it's very easy to ollie up into a balance. When you ollie up into the manual, put your weight on your back foot to ensure that your front trucks are off the ground and that you're also into the manual.

Use your front foot to guide the board and hold it, stick it all the way to the end. Let your weight off your back foot and ride off just as you normally would. When you write off the end, you want your legs to feel weightless, you need to be leaning on your back foot as you come on. This ensures that you don't do a nosedive off the curb. The trick is fairly easy once you get the hang of it. You can even practice ollieing into a manual on flat ground as well to get used to the motions.
