Hello, my name is Craig for grave. And this is the course what motivates you answer three questions to discover what drives you to do your best every day. So I'd like to introduce the course. And I first would like to introduce myself. I'm a professional project manager, that's me. And I have spent a lot of time leading multimillion dollar projects with large teams.

And the key to success in projects is to have a motivated team all align together to doing their best work. And so I spent a lot of time understanding what motivates people. I've also done a lot of behavioral science research to understand what drives people to do their best. And I have boiled it down to these three things. And then I what I've developed in this course is a questionnaire to answer these three questions. Once you know these three things, and everybody's different Do you have to then align yourself to try and maximize these motivations that are explored once you understand what these three questions are really driving at.

And that's what this course is all about, by providing with a template to help you to understand yourself, and everybody's different. And that's the whole point, if you want to, you know, make that victory sign for yourself. You want to understand, it's all about you, and everybody's different. So I've done a template and I filled it out for myself, but it's just for me, it's not gonna obviously apply to everybody. But there could be some things that you may find trigger things within yourself. And what I'm trying to get you is to visualize things in your life events and situations that bring you joy that made you do your best and that you'd like to repeat over and over again in the future.

So the first question of the three questions that you need to really explore for yourself What is fun for you? And because I said everybody's different, some people find that fun is learning new things, or being with people that they enjoy. It's having having challenges that they overcome. Fun is whatever you choose to define it. Second thing is options. People need to feel like they have choices and they're not locked into a box.

But that they can make choices and have alternatives and have that freedom to choose. That is something that studies have shown really drive people to do their best is because they are choosing how to do things and what they're what they're doing. And finally, the third one is you have to have a reason you have to be on a quest for something, something larger than I just want to make a whole ton of money. You have to say to yourself, I'm on a quest to do something beyond just my own personal financial improvement. I'm here to help save the world. I'm here to provide for my family.

I'm here to do things that give me reasons why I'm I'm alive and why I'm contributing to society, and why I find things that drive me to do my best. So that is the idea of the reasons for your quest. And every day you're moving forward, to try to achieve that quest. So as you sit around, I just use this idea of the beach here and you're sitting in your chair, you have to say to yourself, for yourself, what motivates you think of situations where you really were driven to do your best, whether it was that player at work, and let's start to articulate those. And then based on those, you can then shape your future life. Because once you recognize what's within yourself that motivates you, you can then replicate those and build on those for every day, going forward.

So that's the course what motivates you and let's look at those three questions together.
