Now let's go and start retouching our image. But before we start guys, I want to remind us that you have the most powerful tools to edit images, and also get to change people's mind. Or maybe redefine things like beauty for example, through advertising campaigns or images, so actually can be changing what other previous designers did. So try to make it ethical as much as possible. I know it's quite hard. However, you can keep continue making women feel uncomfortable about the bodies maybe, for instance.

So anyway, let's go back to our handsome guy in here. And let's start retouching that image. Starting Navy boys the fun part liquify filter. We already have our images and smart objects. So going to filter liquify and zooming in a bit. We have a little bit A curvy nose may be due to a broken nose or lightning effect.

So it can be selecting warp tool and using brush size a bit and reducing density although it may be to 10% or 15, maybe the moving the port just a little bit and reducing brush size, maybe also the port. And so now we can be pressing p or D selecting review to check before and after. And that looks better I guess. You'd like to start working on his muscles. Maybe you can be selecting pro tool for instance. And scrolling down then maybe increasing brush size.

If you would like to increase muscle size you can be using flow tool As you can see, maybe without having a tooth would have been much easier. Because you have to be careful with these lines are just a little bit can be adding more density to his muscles. If you would like to define more muscles or even gain him some muscle mass. That's one trick. And of course we can be selecting face tool. scrolling up, we can be manipulating his face.

So we have the smile, we can be increasing his smile a bit, just like that. Maybe using lip size. Also to make it more realistic. We can also increase our size a bit linking these values for right and left eye and increasing the size just a little bit. Of course you can be checking for him as well. Scrolling down, we have face shape where we can be controlling foreheads Just like that, or you can be reducing that one a bit, you would like or role line can control that one maybe for a narrower face.

And we have faced with as well. You can be controlling that one for me. These are just four examples maybe you can get for head back to its original size as toes and applying that. Now we're gonna start retouching skin and hair, maybe four sets, scores, or even messy hair. So creating a new layer renaming that one skin then selecting Spot Healing Brush. We have sample all layers selected and Content Aware selected as well.

Was soft brush Zooming in a bit, kind of start clicking over these areas and moving that score all to that one here. And it can be pressing h click and instead of zooming in and out you can be moving instantly to anywhere else. So for instance can be moving to his shoulder and clicking to remove these spots, dark spots, then scan your life to go for all these details. then pressing h click can be moving instantly to support with the same zoom level. For a quick transition, you can be removing that here as well if you'd like to go for more details. Pressing h click moving back to forehead where we have these wrinkles in here.

We can be removing them in tirely or can be creating a new layer for toning them down a bit. So I'm going to be using also the Spot Healing Brush Tool, or it still can be using healing brush tool for more control over our sample areas, pressing Alt or Option key to somebody maybe from support and going over these areas. Now we can be toning these wrinkles down just by reducing our layers opacity. So not completely hiding them just toning them down a bit. to kind of check that one on and off. I actually like it that way.

So let's rename that one, maybe wrinkles and scrolling up a bit. We can be adding a layer for here as well. calling this one here, select selecting clone stamp tool. Some link from the same area And then starting to paint over the sports. Maybe some link from here as well. Maybe someone comes up or maybe the word can be some bling that swirl here, just like that.

Zooming out, turn it on and off. Switching back to sports healing brush tool. Or we can be working on hair as well, maybe removing any messy hair from here. If you own too, you can be adding more hair using clone stamp tool if you would like to do that. And same as well for beard, you can be contouring that one using maybe the clone stamp tool once again. Maybe blending from here for just for example voice so you can see how you can be working on these areas.

Using prophesize effects, and some blink from here going all the way to here. Where we're growing some beers for the guy. And same as well on the other side who can be sampling from here maybe, and so on. So zooming out a bit, checking what was done to the guy who can be disabling that layer and bringing it back on here layer where we have a thicker hair and beard as well. Now going back to the wrinkles layer, once again, zooming in selecting batch tool to start working on their eyes or ibex, so can be selecting the port in here. Pressing Monday, that looks even better and same as well, maybe on that side.

That's going to be quite tricky at the side since we have too many shells in here. So maybe we'll be selecting healing brush tool. sampling from the port's checking on and off. Now we have much better results looming out. Now you can start using burn and dodge tool for adding maybe shadows on highlights or even make up for women. And since our image is already a smart object, we cannot be applying dodge and burn directly on our image.

Of course, we can be ostracizing our image. However, instead, we can be applying also that effect in a separate layer to preserve also our Smart Object layer. So let me show you guys how to do that. We'll be creating a new layer on top of our layers and renaming that one. You can call it shadows on highlights. Then go to Edit, Fill and filling that One was 50% grade, we can be changing blending mode from here or can be pressing Okay, then selecting overlay or soft light overlay will be giving you a stronger highlights and shadows and soft light will be more subtle so we can be starting with soft light.

Now if we disable that glare, it's not affecting our image at all. But once we start applying dodge and burn tools, it's going to be affecting our original image. So starting with shadows, right click, we have met tones selected which can be reducing exposure, although it may be to 20% or 25. Reducing prophesies and adding more shadows a little bit to the port, increasing brush size a bit, maybe as well to soil soil Have more definition for face maybe as well to that area in here. So we have more contrast or face can be disabling layer and checking that one we can be adding shadows to neck for adding more depth and maybe as well for muscles. For more muscle definition few would like to get shredded it's so easy in Photoshop wise I think the 3d effect to your image then be adding some shadows as well to hair area and for adding more volume as well.

We can be checking that one on and off. To see how far we are going within our image, maybe adding a little bit more to support. And for more contrast to can be defining that shadow in here. Enhancing through sharp features to face and maybe beard as well. Now adding highlights selecting those to have exposure at 20%. Two can be changing them pressing three or four or four or five for 45.

On keyboard. How are we selecting 25 as the tools and maybe range I'm going to be selecting mid tones first and adding a little bit of light to nose area. Increasing brush size adding some light to cheeks. may be a bit too forehead as well. Maybe a little bit too chin for adding more contrast to left side. Then switching to highlights, they may be adding more highlights to hear.

For more details in here we can be checking that on and off zooming out a bit so you can see the whole image on our all this looks actually amazing, especially with that Muslim definition added by Zoo shadows. Now let's even add a little bit of gloss on cheeks to add even a healthy look to our goal or even as a plus for women's so let me zoom in and show you guys how you can do that. Creating a New Layer renaming that one, maybe plus. And let's bring Basti for that layer to 20%, maybe, or even 10%. Then a change in blend mode for that layer to overlay or soft light. Maybe I'm going to go for soft light, as in that case we are adding a blush to a main for asset touch and you can be selecting maybe a pinkish color from these colors, or even you can be selecting from lip color pressing or to select our drawbar or you can find that one in here.

Then selecting maybe that color or even that one. So it's going to be a nice match, then selecting brush. Going the soft brush, we're going to be increasing pore size a bit Increasing opacity of it maybe to 20%. Switching to overlay so you can see better. so obvious on right side so overlays not working in that case switching back to Soft Light, and maybe increasing opacity of it all the way to 30%. So you can see better guys.

Now maybe that's too intense on right side, we can be selecting eraser tool, or pressing e we can be reducing pasty for that one, maybe all the way to 30%. And we're going to be reducing that one a bit, just like that. Of course, you can be using the same technique for enhancing the eye colors. However, I'm going to show you even cooler tricks for enhancing ice
