Photoshop is the best application ever for photo manipulation and retouching. And now let's even discover all these amazing retouching tools and techniques. Starting by spot healing process, let's say we need to move all these words within our image, simply you need to have a clear skies. So gonna be heading over to the tune here right clicking, we have spot healing brush and shortcut J. And make sure you have your brush mode or normal and you're using a soft brush, and that you have content aware, selected and let's even create a new layer. Just to preserve our image, we're going to be applying these new retouches or manipulations on that new layer.

Then we're going to be selecting sample all layers and that's how our total dissembling from all layers was in our file. And also you can be checking that one if you're using a tablet for pressure sensitivity Let's start clearing our sky. All you have to do is just been thing over these birds and they are gone, just like that. Easy like that piece of cake. As you can see, however, let's even move to another example. And in that example, let's maybe start by removing these people in here, Zoo swimmers.

All we need to do is just painting over them and they are gone, as you can see. However, let's say we need to remove also that ship from here. If we start maybe enlarging or push a bit, then I'm going to start growing like that. When I be seeing what will happen. Well, this probably not the best result you can get. We don't have an amazing horizon in here.

So instead, we're going To be annoying that pressing Command Z, and we'll be using it sister. If you right click in here you will be seeing healing brush tool. And it's so similar to spot healing brush tool. However, this one is giving us the opportunity to sample our image. So let me select that one and show you what I mean. Let's first start by creating a new layer, I forgot to do that.

And let's rename our layer. Just try to acquire the habit of creating new layers to preserve your original ones. And also rename them for better organization. So let's maybe call this one manipulation. Or you can call it retouches or whatever you like. Then we need to be selecting sample all layers.

Or even you can be selecting current and below if you have too many layers and you want to only sample from that one. However, in that case, we only have two layers. So I'm going to be selecting all layers. Then we're going to be pressing Alt or Option key on that area to tell our Fresh ways to sample from hovering over the ship. Aligning brush was horizon, clicking, slightly increasing brush size using square brackets. Sometimes it's even better to do it on two times.

Now I'm going to be clicking and painting over the shape and instead of doing that in a continuous way, so some plus will be mimicking from the ship. So now we have that chip gone, however, maybe we have that area in here we don't have a perfect line. So I'm going to be clicking once again in that area. Just to blend these two areas together. You can keep trying to align these two areas in here. This is probably happening because we have a slight slope was in our image Now we have corrected that thing.

We could have initially fixed that by slightly rotating our image. Now of course, you can be using the Spot Healing Brush once again, just to make final touches within the Sea area, maybe these areas in here. Now let's even try removing that car from our scene because it doesn't really look nice that way especially it's cropped. So we're going to be trying to do that using hearing Brush Tool. Pressing of that area maybe or here trying to mimic exact line in here and see how it's going to be working. Like now as you can see, we are getting a repetition in here.

So maybe we need to redefine or re sample our area pressing Alt or Option key to connect that area. And then we're going to be painting over the car maybe you need to fix that fence so some bling that area or maybe here and also we need to refix that dark area so gonna be resampling that area once again. Maybe sampling from here as well. Now to be honest to us is not an amazing result however, we're going to be throwing another tool to remove the car from our seat. So you can see the difference between different retouching tools. So let me disable the clear for a second creating a new one.

Renaming that one or remove them. Selecting a completely new tool from here, it's called batch tool and make sure you've got that one batch on Content Aware instead of normal. Then let's select sample all layers. I'm going to be drawing over the car roughly like that. Now we have a quick selection over the core we can be replacing that with a similar area, maybe that area in here to replace a car. Just like that.

Of course we have these bricks repeated in here, we can be removing them using any of our tools. So let's maybe grab spot healing brush tool, pressing Command D to deselect that selection, or Ctrl D, then spot healing brush tool, then I'm gonna start painting over that break to have it removed like that. However, sometimes you might need to add some strokes to have a better result within your image. Now we can be combining even these two layers, I'm going to be enabling that one, you will find the same exact image in your resources.
