Notes for online participants: At the end of each lecture, I will ask you all to find a quiet space in your home where you can lie down and listen to the designated recording. It is important to lie down for the clearing after each lecture as the lecture itself will bring up the energy that is ready to be cleared. Each lecture is building upon the previous lecture, please be sure to follow this program in the order it is designed to get the most benefit out of this course. The first of four lectures (if you move on to the Master Energy class will focus on the following; - Anatomy of an energetic system - Chakras - Aura - Ida and Pingala - Spiraling Air Pattern - Inner Male/Inner Female Important to Note: The energetic system works as one unit, damage in any part will diminish the ability to hold life force. The lecture will focus on one aspect at a time. - Chakras - The cone-like structures that have the ability to flex - We focus on the personal chakras, 7 major chakra’s - The Crown Chakra - Third Eye - Throat Chakra - Heart Chakra - Third Chakra - Second Chakra - Base Chakra Chakras in their perfection appear like this; Spiraling in a clockwise direction in the front and back as one unit. They have screens that act as filters. Chakra’s in their evolved state go through all layers of the aura. They are rooted in the spine (shushumna). Chakra’s in their evolved state is slightly tipped upward. Each chakra reflexes to a gland and directly relates to the health of a person. Potential for loss of life force energy results when the chakras are: Blown out, collapsed, torn, drooping, Weak. Each Chakra Relates to the physical and emotional bodies. - Crown Chakra - Reflexes to the hypothalamus gland, it is the need to source energy. - Third Eye – Reflexes to the pituitary gland, responsible for growth, it is our source of inspiration and intuition. - Throat Chakra – Reflexes to the thyroid and parathyroid glands, it an expressive chakra - Heart Chakra – Reflexes to the thymus gland, it is receptive - Third Chakra – Reflexing to the adrenal glands, it is expressive, how we put ourselves out in the world - Second Chakra – Reflexes to the reproductive glands, ovaries for woman, it is receptive and tends to get sticky - Base Chakra – Relates to our survival, it is an expressive chakra and reflexes to the male reproductive system, testes.
