  • What are you reflecting upon before bedtime Please explain?
  • Name (7) things you are grateful for, and describe why.

This exercise is to get you to focus on how your day flows from morning to evening. What changes are you willing to make, to create fulfilling moments throughout the day Some of these questions seem unusual but they are very intentional to expand your possibilities Let's begin to do the inner work with the O-Breath.PS: Watch your Breathing patterns when you are not practicing You will learn more about your flow.
