We have to deal with the reality. Now there are certain delays and knows how do we deal with those because we don't guess, especially in the West Western culture, we don't realize that God is here and unanswered prayers, but what we are saved from this course. And what people mean by God answered that prayer, is God saying yes, but they don't think no as an answer, because no is an answer. The delay is an answer. Wait is an answer. Silence is an answer.

I also mean, a response to whatever, right, you ask me a question. I can choose the way I answer the question. I can choose to even ignore your question. That's my response. That's my answer. Right.

And so sometimes there is a whole lot more set in silence than actually speaking. So when God is silent upon certain issues, that's his response at that moment as well. And because many times, for example, when we talk about in module number two, if you go against God's will, you will not be a presumption God does not have to reply to your prayer or even give you as it were some kind of confirmation as if you're already outside of his will. That prayer is not even a biblical prayer, in essence, why? Because you are praying against the ways of God, if he says, For example, pride is an abomination on to the Lord. So if you are disregarding the Word of God, if you are prideful, you come to Him in prayer.

He's not even hearing that prayer. Why? Because it does not qualify for because you're already outside of the will of God. So he cannot go against his own words. Now, again, but what about when you have already done all you can you have certain that you follow the principles and procedures and protocols of heaven? Now we have delays or you haven't know, how do we deal with that.

Now, I'm going to give you a few scriptures here. But I want you to know you must, of course, never lose heart, otherwise we wouldn't be here because we're here to encourage now. Dino it knows because for example, James for three says when you ask you do not receive. So reality speak is right here is telling us Hey, chance, I know you give me all those principles, but there are times in the day when God does not give us in the formative the answer to our prayer meeting that we do not receive the things for which we as well, there's a reason for that as well. Now you want to assess to see whether you're going to accept this as a no. Or if it's a if it's a delay, then you know, you're just waiting. Okay? So, how do you go forward? Or do you stay? Okay?

Or do you accept it? There you go, okay. This is absolutely no, no, you can check this on. Number two, you go back to module number two foundations of effective prayer. Now, you want to do several things, you look at the conditions memorize these are the conditions These are our part is the things that we got to do on our part, to meet the conditions for example, right? So it says, we got to come to God with a clean heart, clean hands and pure heart.

Is that true in your life? Where you submissive to the reveal of God, right? What do you use in vain and repetitive or pretentious word? Was it in faith that you come in faith whosoever you know whosoever come to God must believe that He exists right? And that he was those who diligently seek him without fail is impossible to Please God, were you confident in your expectations? Were you certain of it?

Okay? Did you obey? Is there something in your life that you're not obeying? Is there some principle or command that God has given that you are not obeying? Okay? forgiveness, right?

Is there some grudge or bitterness or enmity in your heart that you have not yet get rid of? Is this someone that you need to forgive and you're not forgiving? Because again, scripture is clear. That's what we say. The know is not like, okay, God doesn't want to hear but I know you're forfeited. The blessing that you're seeking, because Jesus again, clearly taught, if, for example, you're asking God for forgiveness.

And he says, if there's someone that you have not forgiven, neither will your heavenly Father forgive you. So you can say, Oh, well, God didn't hear my prayer. No, no, no, it's not that he's you're causing him to go against his own words, and God can do that. So this is the kind of stuff that I'm telling you is that some believers are so juvenile in their faith, they don't they don't know the basic rules. continents of the world. It's like going to the court trying to argue with the judge.

And the judges say my brother, you don't even know the law, my sister, you don't know the law. That's why you need a lawyer sometimes when you go to court because the lawyer knows the laws, the laws and the procedures. Yet no humility. Unity all of those important other hindrances we talked about, are you selfish? Is your prayer selfish? Are you in unbelief, lawless? Again pretentious, inhumane, as they unconfessed in in your life again, Isaiah 59 talks about that, you know, if you know David even said if you got iniquity in your heart, God will not hear us. And it's not that God cannot hear you whereas your iniquities have separated between you and your own greed, wickedness lies, hypocrisy, envy, if those things are present, you cannot get the answer that you need in the affirmative.

Get I hope that is clear now. So when you do that, now, you will see now this text make sense now. So it goes back. Now let's go back he says, when you ask you do not receive James for three but notice the second part of it, why you don't receive because you ask a miss or with wrong motives, that you may spend it or consume it upon your pleasures, your lust, your you know, your passions and so forth. You see, so So in other words, you're asking with the wrong motivations and God you cannot lie. Because guess what, God, you can't lie to God.

You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can fool all the people all the time. And even if you can fool all the people all the time, you can fool God at any time. Because he says again, the heart is deceitful and desperate wicked who can know it? We don't even know how we deceive ourselves as well. So God knows the heart and the realities of the heart, but it takes the same for example. Now, if you read this, it's not that they couldn't receive is that the reason you do not receive so when you ask, so this is good.

Notice this now, if indeed you follow the principles and the protocol, when you do not receive the very things that we asked for, at the time that we asked, guess what we supposed to do? Let give up not just throw in the towel? No, we are still to believe that the Lord he is and that He will answer our prayers. You see that powerful when our prayers seem not to be answered? We are to claim to the promise for the end the time of ends when will surely come and we shall receive the blessing when we need most. God is good to see our Father God is to wise He knows what we need.

He knows when we need it most. So when you pray, God sends the answer in his time. And that's why we can't demand that necessarily from God. Hey, go, you need to do it now? No, God would do it. And he's already done it.

But there's a divine timetable. And not only that, what sometimes he's already said in the answers, if you are righteous, but there are other things that need to take place, so that that transaction can come to pass. Okay. So what this is saying, No, no, here's what this is not saying. This is not saying, for example, in the previous text, if indeed, for example, you were prayed with the wrong motives. This doesn't apply to you.

Because the answers already know. Right? So if you have unforgiveness and bitterness in your heart, don't be continuously waiting for the promise. No, you forfeited the promise because you're not in harmony with it. You get what I'm saying. So the text is is encouraging, is saying something but it's also not saying If you are against and you are violating the principles of prayer, the protocol of prayer, this is not safe because it wouldn't serve you or do you any good to keep waiting and hoping for the answer when you are not in harmony with the answer.

This is saying if after you've done all your part, if you are in harmony If you prayed according to the will of God and you met the condition of the promise, then you know the promise cannot fail. It's just like, again, the the oak is in the acorn right. So when you have a seed within the seed is already between the fruit, but you have to plant it and depending on the type of seed you plant is the different time frame when they germinate. So if you plant corn is going to come up with this time if you plant tomatoes, they're going to come up at this certain time, but they both will produce under the right conditions. So the same thing with the promises if you meet the conditions of the promise. For example, even if I have the seed if it will make Don't have a cone or whatever it may be.

If I just hold the seat and I don't plant it, I'm not going to get the fruit if I also plant it, but then I don't take care of it or water it from wheat and all those things I might also miss out on the crop. So what we said is, you know, for certain, if you have a seed, you have a fruit. That's the same thing. If you have a promise, then you have the outcome. If you have a word of God, whatever the Word of God promises, get the results is yours. Because again, this is the same way in which God works.

So that's what I'm talking about here. So once that is true, once that is reality, your life I've met the condition I've done my part. I know for certain that even though it might be delayed, is not denied because I'm in harmony with the will of God. So I go for what trusting God that he knows what's best, and He will answer and He will give me the blessing when I needed most. I hope that really encourages you. This right here.

So we try to help you deal with the issue again now of delay right? How do you deal with delays or nodes? Another thing is, are you prevailing in prayer?

Remember I told you last time about input unity, right, persistent, insistent, you have the attitude of I will not be denied. So you have to prevail or persevere in prayer. So sometimes we provide Now again, in the West, we have this microwave dry by type of praying, right? We pray the prayer, we want it to be done right away. Right. That's how we treat God like God is a genie in a bottle.

God is not a genie in a bottle. God is sovereign, holy, righteous, and he's a king, right? There's nobody who can just, you know, Boss the king around. Now we have power with him. Don't get me wrong, but at the same time, God doesn't tolerate our disrespect either. So we have to think about it where you have to persevere and you have to have this attitude.

We see God's power revealed in the earth, things happen. But today we're not seeing that because men and women we give up too soon. Some people, you know, is that we go into the audience chamber of God remembers, like coming to court. And then the judge say, Well, you know, why should you get that and we become intimidated. We come, you know, frustrated, and we don't want to continue. Some cases take a long time to solve, don't they?

But guess what, aren't you happy that even after some time, 510 years? No, you the judge rules in your favor? How great is that? But what if you gave up let's say took 10 years? What if you give up on year number seven or year number eight, even year number nine, you would have missed out on the answer to prayer and you know, you're the justice that you've been seeking. So God wants us to persevere sometimes and what he's doing it's not that you know, God is like dangling a carrot before us.

See, what happens is that sometime he shaping us and getting us in right harmony with him. Sometimes he's purifying our hearts and even purifying the request that sometimes don't you have the experience where there's some things you've been praying for, but then it's like, after a while you realize that that's really not the thing that I wanted to see. So, so many people don't realize that, you know, we try to push God, but sometimes God will have his permissive will. That's not his perfect will. You see what I'm saying? It's like, my son someday may ask me something.

I've told him no several times, and then he keep pushing. Okay? You want okay? If that's what you want to do? Go ahead and do it. And then you suffer the consequences.

So in other words, it's a permissive well, but it's not my will. It's not my true desire. So I'm saying, okay, I've already given you my will. I've already told you no, because I know that this is not, you know, you're not deserving of it. Or this is not good for you right now. But since you push it on, you want to have your way.

Okay? But see, there's a difference. You don't want that to be doing it like that. There's a difference when people say Okay, no problem. Go ahead and do it. Anyways.

See that Not your true will. That's not a divine blessing. That's what we call a permissive will, when God so called allows these things because human have their own wills, and he will not supersede our own will see God give us a will and a choice. So we have to submit to His will. And the problem is our carnal flesh is always at enmity or war with the will of God. And we already spoke again, in Module Three, that the number one way to get your presence at 100% of the time is to pray according to God's will see, but when God reveals His will in a certain matter, our flesh is always you know, booze, so we try to manipulate guy we try to do all sorts of things, but God will not be manipulated, he's serving.

So he knows all things. Okay. Now, here's an example. Here's an example from the Bible example of Jacob in perseverant. prayer, prayer. We find it in Genesis 3226 28.

And the angel said, let me go for the day breaks but Jacob Have Said, I will not let you go on unless you bless me. See, that's the kind of attitude we need. Most of us we don't want to spend time and by the way, the A if he was wrestling with the angels trust me, it wasn't a one minute match. It wasn't, you know, to me, he says he persevered and he prevailed. So he was praying I mean, and this was happening through the night. That's why you see sometimes the folks from the other places on the other parts of the world, they get more power packed answers to their prayer, they see the miracles, they get the healings and all that stuff don't want divine miraculous healing. They're received those while we are the West we don't because we don't have time to labor in prayer with God in this audience chamber is like because think about it. Notice this.

I mean You know, the previous stuff says again, the greatest victories I gained in the audience chamber we got again in the throne room of God. Think about it when you just come in. Oh, God. Good morning, God, thank you for waking me up today in the name of Jesus. Amen. And then you do is walk down.

Now think about that if you came into a courtroom, and just a judge How you doing? Good morning, thank you. I want you to answer my petition today. I have this case you can you dismiss it, and then you leave. You don't even give the judge a chance to respond. Think about it.

That's really what we are doing. So God is saying no, Jacob had power and authority, because Jacob was wrestling, Jacob was holding on and Jacob was not going to be denied. He said, No, listen, I have wrestling with you. You might be an angel. You might have all power. But guess what?

I am not letting you go on till I receive the promised blessing that you said you're going to give to me. I'm not letting you go. See, that's what we told him. And so again the book, conflict encouraged it talks about when we don't receive the promise. Oh, sorry about that. No is the book about a call to stand apart when we don't receive the promise?

And the time we prayed we had to continue to believe Why? Because God will give it to us when we need it the most. First 20th says, and he said, notice he even got a promotion as it were here. Now he has a name change. He said, Your name should no longer be called Jacob but Israel, for you have struggled with God and with man. And you have prevailed.

This is an honor. This is an honor. So I want you to claim the promises claim to the promises. God you said in your word, this is the powerful thing. Many of us don't even bring God's word into our prayer. Again, module four is what that was all about.

And this course is going into the science of the protocol so you understand what is going on behind the scenes and that simply do like everybody because if we keep doing like everybody will keep getting the same results like everybody I'm saying. So in other words, you'll begin to understand it's not the UK you know, if you need a new car, ask for a new car you need this or ask him this what the course is about, but what authority Do you have to come to God and demand a new car? What authority Do you have to come to the God if the universe to say, God, I need you to bless my children, what's the authority? What's the reference? What's the law that says God is obligated to give you a new car?

What's the law that said, God is obligated to heal you. If you don't have these blessings and promises from the word that you can stand on and understand what goes into bringing about that results, then you're just wishing you're just hoping and those things by themselves and that Faith, Hope is an element of faith. But hope by itself is not necessarily faith. Many Christians and people of faith are just, I don't even know if you should call us people of faith. We are wishful people. And you shouldn't be wishing because wishes not fate.

See, God responds to faith, another Buffy because all of us have needs there are many people who don't have jobs who are sick, who broke who are distressed, depressed, discouraged, defeated. There's so many people right now who are unbearable. Because people, so many of God's people are in those conditions and guess what they remain in those conditions. This reality, that is reality. Why? Why?

Because God must operate still by faith. Even though you're in his chat, he says, without faith, it is impossible. It is impossible. It is impossible. It is impossible to please God without faith. And faith is taken God at His Word.

Faith is believe in an expected the Word of God and the Word of God only to do what the Word says that it will do. Many of us we don't know the word we don't understand the law and the science behind the prayer and behind the promises and the principles of God. And that's why we remain in all conditions, there's nothing more to it. There's nothing more to it. If you understood the principles of God, you would not be in the predicament, or at least let's say that not only understand but we had to apply because again, sometimes we know it, and we don't do it. So you He says people are destroyed for lack of knowledge because you reject knowledge, because it's not available because we reject it.

Okay, so And Jesus said again in john 17, john 1317, now that you know these things, so in other words, we got to know but he said, Blessed are you if you do that, now that you know you're blessed If you do so, no, it is only part of it. But if you know and you don't do, actually, Matthew chapter 721, to the end tells us what the foolish person know the will of God, but they don't do it. The foolish man who built his house upon the sand, when the wind and the thunderstorms of light came on, blow it away. He said he knew the will of God. He heard the will of God, but he didn't do it. And this is the problem right there. That's why I said in the last day, many people will say God in your name. Did we not do this?

A little He said, Listen up, you didn't follow my words. depart for me you work in equity. I don't know you. I don't have relationship with you because you don't have relationship with my word. See, David was a man of the girl's heart because when you read the Psalms, you will realize that David says in Psalm one, verses two, he says, guess what? I meditate on God's word day and night, day or night.

They are night. Then in Psalm 119, verse 97, to 100. So because of that, he says, I have more wisdom, more knowledge than my teachers, because he meditates on the Word of God because it keeps God precepts and commanded. See, David was saying that the reason he is where he is and who he is, is because he has a love for the Word of God. So he said, I was glad when this happened to me, let us go into the house of the law why David is glad to be in the presence of God. Are you glad to be in the presence of God?

See, we come to God in prayer we ready to leave right away. That's not been happy. When you when you when you when you're happy to be in someone's presence. You don't want to leave. Think about it. Think you think About that, when you are enjoying the presence of someone that you love to be around, you don't want to leave them you know, Russia, no hurry.

But all of us we had such a hunger to lead the presence of God, if God's present was so great for us, we wouldn't want to leave. And he will carve out the time. But again, we still visit our cultural world today. Guess what? We don't want to spend time with them for so we could have been more than this how we go I'm just saying for the average person. That's really the extent of most of our brains. If you will think about it. I'm just saying many of us, I don't care who you are listening or watching. I'm just going to be frank, I'm trying to help us to become more powerful. You cannot get better results using the same strategies. This insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results.

So what's the answer? What's the solution? Well, I've given you two different ways. Now, if you've done those things, and you get delays or knows, then number one of the things that you want to be able to do is if you verify that it is according to the will of God is the will of God. And you know, you don't have to accept the know because you are in harmony with the laws but you keep waiting. Number two principle is you persevere with prevailing prayer, keep pressing on have that attitude, I will not be denied, have that input tune in for tunity here Like the man who said, you know, my friend came at midnight, I don't have nothing to send to him.

And he went over and asked his friend, he said, Listen, I'm coming at midnight. I need some stuff to put before my neighbor. So the man get up and give it to him because he's his friend, but he says because of his input tunity because of his persistence, he was inspired by his fate. And then Matthew, Luke 18. Now a woman who can person became, Hey, man, I need you to give me justice. The king said she kept coming after me there there day after day.

He says, I met answer this woman before she went me out. You can't wear God out. You cannot wait him out. So keep your petition before the throne of God.
