Have a think about this, find a comfortable place to sit or lie down, then press play on this final sleep secret.

You will be asked to reflect on what you really want for your sleep, then guided through imagining that this is possible. Your mind is very powerful. Re-training yourself to sleep well again involves training your body to relax, but it also requires you to get your mind on board. This meditation and discussion will help you to begin reshaping your attitude and feelings about sleep and what kind of sleeper you are.
