DESCRIPTION: In this video, I talk about 2 types of people who differ from the normal sleep preference of sleeping between 11 pm and 7 am or so. Watch the video to find out if you're one of the different ones.

Don't try to force yourself to go to sleep by 9 pm if you are naturally a late-night person. Conversely, if you love to get up with the sunrise, try to allow yourself enough time in the evening to wind down before an early bedtime.

You also want to create a distinctive environment for good quality sleep. This includes a dark, cool, quiet room, ideally the same room and bed every night. If you can’t change the environment to be more suitable, try using a sleep mask, earplugs, or a white noise machine, or a fan, air conditioner or heater to control the temperature.
