So why you and your brother or you and your sister have so different personalities, even though you were raised by the same parents in the same household? The both model explains, because in your childhood, you have four different personality habits according to your unique sibling position. And in this program will provide you precise details on your personality habits and also people around you. But before that, let's talk a little bit about habits. What is the habit? According to the Merriam Webster dictionary, it's a settled tendency or usual manner of behavior, and acquired modern behavior that has become nearly all completely voluntary.

A behavior pattern acquired by Frequent repetition. Now, have you ever wanted to develop a habit? Close your eyes for five seconds. It's like New Year's resolution. I'd like to become a better speaker. I'd like to become a better listener.

Maybe I'd like to jog three times in the morning. Oh, how about reducing stress by taking yoga classes at 6am in the morning? So how does it let's make it clear. How does it look when you managed to develop a habit? So let's say it's 5am in the morning, time to go to yoga class and your goal is not fully up, you're here and forcing yourself to go. If you manage to develop a habit, you are on the outer pilot your be your body wants to go nearly or completely In the voluntary, as it says in the Webster dictionary, and actually, it's not the whole body, is that part of the limbic brain?

Look at this slide, neuroscientists have traced our habit making behaviors to a part of the brain called the basal ganglia. So we think our well we think thoughts like New Year's resolutions in our neocortex. And the million dollar question is how you can turn that well wishing thought about new behavior into a correct neural path in your limbic brain. Well, there are two ways to do that. The first one is emotional shock. And if you if you prefer this way, you have to call Tony Robbins and for a few thousand dollars, he'll help you out.

Number two, if you like to form a new behavior, you have to do it. That petition, the petition, the petition, all that new behavior. Now how many petitions it takes to develop a new habit? Take a look at this slide. According to the latest research of the British scientists that average time to reach automaticity was 66 days. Now, my friend, you know, the main secret number 66 times days, you need to repeat your new behavior, and you will develop a new neural path in your basal ganglia of the limbic brain, and your basal ganglia becomes your best friend.

We'll take you into the right direction, and your new behavior becomes automatic and effortless. Congratulations. You just programmed yourself you can change July, you are in charge of your happiness and productivity now. Now, in childhood, similar programming by repetition was happening, yet no control or choice on our part. Let me give you an example. Those of you who are all this here at some point or your childhood, and that's what usually typically happens around the world.

You were told you are older, you are smarter, you are stronger. Look after your brother, look up to your sister, make sure they get to school on time, make sure they finish breakfast. You will put in charge and we're given a responsibility over others. They did happen more than six to six times. Ever wonder why you still feel so responsible for everything in your life as an adult and how it comes Thomas, we don't share that sense of responsibility. You're welcome.

Programmed my friend, no choice, no control on your part. Yet you develop a wonderful habit or being responsible. Mmm sure that habit helps you to be successful in your adult life. And yes, the both model shows that no matter your sibling position, you're both out of position, you are a great leader, you just need to become aware.
