The natural beautiful way of movement is when opposite sides go together. So this means when you use your left leg, you would use your right arm with it. And the same on the other side. As opposed to using two sides of the same together would look weird and somehow not natural. It would look like this a bit robotic. That's not what we want.

So in this exercise, I'm going to show you how the hips, the shoulders, and the arms come together with the legs in order to get this whole really sexy, smooth, salsa movement.
