Ingredients for pecan base:

Full fat coconut milk: 13 oz or 1 can of full-fat coconut milk
Brown rice syrup: 1 cup
Raw cashews: 1 cup
Coconut sugar: 1 cup
Vanilla extract: 4 tablespoons
Tapioca flour: 2 tablespoons
Cinnamon and clove: ½ teaspoon
Nutmeg and ginger: ¼ teaspoon

Ingredients for gingerbread crust:

All-purpose flour or gf flour: 1 cup
Coconut oil melted:2 tablespoons
Maple syrup/agave nectar:½ cup & ½ tablespoon
Cinnamon and clove:¼ teaspoon
Nutmeg and ginger:⅛ teaspoon

Tools:

Blender or food processor
Medium saucepan
10” oven-safe baking pan
Spatula or mixing spoon
Measuring cups/spoons
Storage container

Instruction for the crust:

Pre-heat the oven to 350f or 177c
Add the flour, ginger, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup to a medium mixing bowl
