So you want to use your time better? You’re probably feeling overloaded, overwhelmed, over-worked – and a few other ‘over’ words.

This is Part One of Four modules dedicated specifically to helping you Plan and Prioritise your time better. People in my courses and speeches everywhere list Planning and Prioritising as some of the main things they constantly struggle with. Think of these four modules as Time Management 101 – get planning and prioritizing mastered first and the many other aspects of improved productivity become much easier to learn and implement. My belief is that having strong planning and prioritizing skills are a stepping stone to being the most organized and efficient version of yourself - and something that we should strive towards.

What will you learn in this module?

  • How you rate on your time skills right now
  • You'll identify what specifically you want/need to improve
  • You’ll download a workbook to keep your notes and useful information handy
  • In the workbook, you'll get a simple framework to help you swiftly see how all elements of time management fit together. The topic is so large it can be overwhelming. I think you'll be delighted with how simple I make it, and I invite you to use it for others you have influence with. It makes a great diagnostic tool to quickly sort out a person's areas of opportunity.
  • Why all the experts say goal setting is important and what that means for you
  • You’ll discover your most powerful time management word – and how to use it without causing offense
  • You’ll get great value from working through some reflective exercises

I do encourage you to schedule the next module for no further out than a week’s time – the people who get great results are fast implementers.

All the best,

Robyn Pearce
