DESCRIPTION: We live with stress every day.
We know it's bad for us, but we push through anyway because often it just feels too hard to do anything about it. And, let's face it, it also feels like stepping back to do something causes us to fall even further behind.
Somehow, we've accepted that it's easier to just keep going and hope that one day it will all be OK.
As part of living like this, we've accepted things about stress that are actually nothing more than myths.
The aim of this lesson is to bring some of these myths to the surface so you can start to identify where you're allowing stress to rule and it doesn't need to.
