DESCRIPTION: It's really easy to say 'I'm so stressed' and then fall straight into overwhelm because we often don't know where to start to reduce the stress load in our lives.
The previous lesson in this module included information about what stress is, and where it comes from. This exercise is designed to help you to start identifying where your stress is coming from and then provides you with some questions that can help you to do a few things, a little bit differently so you can systematically reduce your stress through easy and simple steps.
As a reminder, here are some of the main culprits that can cause us stress:

Workplace &ndash; Large workloads with significant time pressure, open-plan office spaces, fewer human resources expected to get more done in less time, personality clashes, and the like can cause significant stress in life.
