Using the Wikipedia definition, it sounds like our comfort zone is a great place to be &ndash; low anxiety and low stress. We&rsquo;d all be wanting to work towards that, wouldn&rsquo;t we?
More often than not, we continue to do the same things in life, day after day, while expecting and hoping for a different outcome.
