Learning to dissolve the boundary of your comfort zone allows you to step forward in your life in a different way. When you're no longer contained in how and what you do every day, you try more things without the fear of failing and life can be so much more fun.
This exercise is designed to help you break down your comfort zone barrier and step forward in a different way.
