DESCRIPTION: I'm not a qualified physician or psychologist, so I would highly recommend you do some of your own research into this field, however from the research I've been able to find, there seems to be a direct connection between an overload of long-term, chronic stress and an increase in mental health.
The more stressed we are for long periods of time, the more toxic our body becomes and the less we can eliminate the toxins from our system.
This in turn creates a cycle of adding toxins to an already overloaded system until eventually, something has to give.
Our bodies are incredible at doing the things that help save our lives. It will always do the most critical functions first to preserve our life.
The below video and the download attached provide more information on this topic.
