So welcome to dynamodb. So what is dynamodb dynamodb is a fully managed no SQL database services. And it is completely serverless. That does mean that you don't have to perform any hardware provisioning, any setup, any configuration, or any patching, you don't have to worry about it. AWS manages on behalf of you, it provides fast and predictable performance so you can actually get to know what and you can predict your performance and everything you it can be scaled down and up. As the traffic picks up and down.

Scaling, it's seamless, it's just kind of switching on a couple of configurations and then you should be able to scale it up and down. So it is just a normal database, but it is no SQL database. We'll be discussing more about Dynamo DB in the next section, but you can create database tables that can store and retrieve any amount of data and serve any level of request traffic if requires. And as I said, this is completely serverless you don't have to worry about any hardware provisioning or anything. Once we have set up and create a table you are ready to go and to be consumed in your business logic layer.
