Another great portion of square is the marketing. If you're familiar with the email marketing campaigns from targets from Old Navy, those different places that we receive emails from on the regular, there is a marketing feature inside of the square dashboard that allows you to send the campaigns to send the campaigns to your customer base without having to go anywhere else. So is another integration that you don't have to outsource to something such as MailChimp or send Fox or ConvertKit is right inside. There is no other things for you to do. And there is very different aspects that is specific To this platform. So in the marketing overview, you'll see a 30 day summary of your emails, your Facebook campaigns and your seats.

In your campaigns tab on the left hand side, you'll be able to see a running list of all of the campaigns you have broken down by these three different categories. If you would like to create a campaign, then you'll click Create campaign and choose email, Facebook or receipt. So with the email campaign, you'll be able to go ahead and sin blast campaigns or automated campaigns and they're broken down with a small explanation on the side in a quick example, view of the different campaigns so we have for black campaigns offer coupons or discounts and the quick update, create a newsletter. Send the event invitation announce new products or services. Those are one time campaigns that are going to go out to your entire list. The automated campaigns happens each time somebody adds their email address to a designated list.

So we have welcome new customers, bring back your laps customers, which customers are happy birthday acts for your customers birthdays, and build up your Facebook presence. So each one has a different email template, as you can see on the right hand side, and you'll be able to edit it accordingly during this design campaign series so once you choose one that chair pretty sent on want to create a newsletter send a quick update or offer a coupon or discount, you'll be able to go ahead and design your campaign. A lot of the information is already put in but you can edit it as you see fit. This one is based on a holiday email. So we're going to give a quick coupon and you're able to edit your email newsletter every way that you need. So if you wanted to add a new headline, you drag and drop that in and type it.

If you want to just to edit the information that was here, you can do that. In the themes, you'll see different things that are available that you can add to your campaign fairly easy. Just by Clicking on it because this is a holiday when you see that holidays and winter are one of the top picks up above. As you scroll down you'll be able to see more and more. But it is strategically placed for this time since it is December. Then you can set your style you can change the colors of your email campaigns, you can change the shapes have a good feel.

So you'll be able to really customize it how you see fit. And then you can select the audience. So you do all customers or custom set of customers reachable regulars. lapsed customers are people who have been visited your store in a while but people who've came And booked an appointment, some who haven't been assigned and if it's an instant profile, it's something that they purchased from you. So you'll be able to see your audience and if you want it to boost this email on to your Facebook, you simply connect here and you can embed this coupon in your customers receipts. So you don't have to go through in make multiple different changes to different areas.

This is all just streamline in one place. So when somebody creates a purchase on your POS one, your invoices on your online store, they will also see this coupon so that next time that they come they'll receive $5 off with that expiration date. This helps get them moving right back to your store to make more sales. After that, you can schedule it. And you could pay as you go, which is 10 cent per email. Or you can do a monthly subscription where you can do a 30 day free trial, test it out and eliminate emails, set up automatic campaigns, push for your Facebook campaigns, and bring in as much exposure in clients to your business.

During this 30 days, you can really maximize this 30 day trial does a very nice amount of time to be able to send as many as needed and going forward based on the amount of customers you have in your database will determine how you pay for this particular service. So for zero to 500 Customers you'll be paying about $15 a month for 500 or one to 1000 customers you will be paying $25 a month. For 1001 subscribers through 2000, you'll be at about $35. An evening after that, you they have different tiers after that to be able to accommodate people with higher subscriber rates. And then if you want it to send a reminder, when this email has not been opened, you just click Enable, and it will send the email five days after original delivery date and send a reminder seven days before the coupon expires.

And then you'll just click schedule or sin now. So That is your marking portion of your square dashboard. So I'm gonna go backwards and delete this draft that way we can make it back here. So, with your campaigns, you also receive what is called the square marketing assistant. It's free for the 30 day trial. And then if you decide to go for with a pay plan, this is also included.

So you could go ahead and it will be customized for you. You'll be able to make edits to how things are sent out on your behalf is much like text messaging, and to be able to send out marketing campaigns automatically. And it will if you need is something such as your weekly report for your campaigns or even per campaign, you just ask the system and it is sent to you via a link via What is it like messaging so you'll be able to communicate with the marketing assistant through text messages. And with everyone, we have the settings portion. So you'll be able to see the footer address, the Facebook if you would like to connect it for future campaigns. And then if you wanted to include a link at the bottom of all of your emails, then you can do that they give you a little preview over here which just says make giving gifts easy and the one link that they will promote is to purchase an E gift card so that you can use if not, you can leave it as it is and you can just use it for marketing purposes.

You do not have to use the marketing portion of square but if it is something that you plan on using then tie your score suite for everything business related than any of the marketing is a no brainer. So that is the marketing dashboard.
