And all you would need is to have your Square Reader plugged into the headphone jack of your computer or you can do a manual card answer. So for a quick charge, you will do an amount. You can add a note about this sale, you can search or create customers. If you already have that customer in your database, then the information as far as the email address, it is all still connected to this customer. If you don't have your card reader inputted into your headphone jack, you'll see them you can put them manually enter the current number.

If you do have a plugged in, you'll be able to swipe. And in that if you go ahead and click the swipe cards then you'll see what you need with which is a macro Chromebook with a headphone jack, a Square Reader, or Mac for Mac strip with the headphone jack. Some of them come with the lightning adapter and a credit or debit card for testing to make sure that you can read that card with no issues. So then you'll click continue and asks for microphone access. You'll go ahead and enable everything and once you connect your reader it will read that the reader has Being connected and then you'll be able to do a test swipe. So that's how easy it is to make a quick charge.

Now if you're in front of your customer and you can ask them if you want to save their card, if they want to save the cart, you can also download the authorization form so that they could go ahead and sign it. And you could keep it for your own your own records to help you be protected from chargeback. And then if you want to make this a reoccurring payment, you click recurring payments. Repeat every set of frequency for day, week, month or a year and when it will end and save.
