This course was designed to educate and teach breath-work techniques that are scientifically proven to calm the central nervous system. Learn the science of breathing, breathing the right and wrong way, and several techniques and exercises 
What is the best way to use this course? 
This is a self-paced course allowing you to learn at your own speed and tempo. Feel free to go back and review as many times as you would like until you are confident in the practice.
