Today, while the intervals are long, the intention is short and sweet to notice and experience the joy within your body. 
I welcome you to strive today. Strive to find the joy in the "burn" or warmth in your muscles. Strive to complete the fullest form of each exercise for your body today. Strive to acknowledge and accept that you are strong enough. You are powerful enough. You have enough oomph, motivation, and time to get through this workout.
