Hello, and welcome to the meditation facing the fear of death. Now before we get started, let me reassure you that this meditation is not nearly as scary as it sounds. In fact, I hope to provide a transformative and profound experience for you to reframe and reshape your perception of your own death. So as we do that, and as we get started, go ahead and get yourself situated in a very comfortable position and will begin to relax. So go ahead and take a very deep breath all the way down to your toes. And Take another deep breath just as deeply as you can feel Someone wants to ask me why I read stories to begin a meditation?

And the answer is, is that stories are excellent ways to help the mind to relax, to help you to relax. So I can assist you in reshaping and reframing your perception in a very healthy way. Take a deep breath again and begin to relax deeply. And I'll begin to read a story that you're welcome to listen to or not. But this story is just to help you relax very deeply. So please listen to the sound of my voice.

So as you're resting in your chair, or if you're sitting comfortably or lying down, you may notice the top of your head from time to time. And if you do, that's just fine. Because I really wouldn't want you to relax too quickly. It's so much easier just to allow your body to relax your head, your shoulders, or your feet. Or maybe you feel relaxation beginning in your hands. And as you listen to the sound of my voice, you become more and more deeply relaxed and efficient.

Feels quite nice to allow the cares and the concerns of the day to just slip away. And as your mind continues to sink down, to drift down into a state of peace to just let go for a while. Relaxing without knowing without caring but just drifting into a state of peace. Sometimes people can relax deep And then listen to the sound of music. Becoming aware of the notes of the sound and letting them pass through as you continue to relax because music can create a soothing sound in the background of the mind and you may be conscious or you may not be conscious of the sounds that you hear, such as the sound of my voice and as you continue to relax, small changes are happening and Your body like the way that you're breathing and the way that you're thinking, changing, relax and breathing. The kinds of relaxation that you feel in the muscles of your face or on the skin of your face, a feeling of comfort, a feeling of security because relaxation will happen wherever it happens to be in your home are in your mind or in your body.

And not long ago I had a chance to skip a rock across the surface of a smooth lake and as the rock skipped from one to the next, it eventually came to rest and slowly sank beneath the surface. it sank down below the surface drifting down past the water animals in the fish. drifting down among the water plants until it finally came to rest at the bottom, the very smooth and calm lake. And as you continue to contemplate the surface of a calm Lake, you can reflect on your life and on the end of your life in a very certain way. in a way that's relaxing in a way that's in a way that's totally at peace, calm, very relaxed and totally at peace. And as you continue to breathe and to relax and unwind.

I'd like you to imagine yourself if you can, as if you're at the top of a grand staircase that leads down into it. Beautiful room. And as I count backwards from seven using the words down and deeper, I'd like you to walk down the staircase into the surroundings of this incredibly beautiful room. Number seven, peel yourself going down, down, drifting deeper and deeper six drifting down. Under think deeper, deeper, five drifting down, down deeper and deeper or drifting down, down deeper and deeper into three drifting down and down deeper and deeper into drifting down deeper deeper and drifting down, down deeper and deeper. If you're now in this beautiful room I just ask that you imagine your surroundings as if you were actually there and with every detail that you noticed I'd like it to take you into a deeper and deeper place of calm and effortless relaxation.

So you become more and more perfectly relaxed. More and more perfectly relaxed. More and more perfectly relaxed. Very calm. very peaceful. very deeply relaxed, very calm very peaceful.

Deeply relaxed, calm peaceful. Relax, peaceful and as you continue to lie there or sit there and relax, become more and more deeply at peace. I'd like you to use your imagination for just a moment. And I'd like you to imagine yourself effortlessly drifting off into the future and to the day, and the time of when you pass from this life. And I'd like you to imagine it in the way that you would like it to be perhaps you're surrounded by your loved one. Maybe you're an incredible state of deep peace.

Reviewing the events of your life and attached, very peaceful way. And as you continue to breathe now as you continue to relax I'd like you to imagine You're taking your last breath and that you're releasing the body. releasing this world in an effortless and easy release to the world that comes next. Take a moment and allow yourself to really From this world and as you continue to release and to let go, I'd like you to place your gaze forward into what comes after this life and to pay very close attention to what it is that you see how you feel and to what you experience So that you're a source of pure energy not bound by the physical body and the limitations of the physical world. Perhaps you will reunite with family, friends, or loved ones on the other side. Perhaps you'll see colors or shapes.

Archangels Guardian spiritual masters. Perhaps you won't see anything at all. But you know, just feel and sense. Perhaps you'll feel peace. Perhaps you'll feel freedom. Perhaps you'll have a sense of knowing but whatever it is take us moments in silence to experience your vision and your version of life beyond this world take just a few more moments.

To be aware of your experience. feel it in your body. anchor it into your being and let it resonate with who you are as a person and when you are ready please take your time there is no hurry. When you feel like you are ready I would like you to bring this experience back With you into the 3d physical world where we now live and to bring that awareness and the sensation and the knowledge of your afterlife with you and allow that to resonate with your body and your mind and your spirit into the center of your being. Bring that awareness And that energy with you that will go with you to the ends of your days and to help you with a very peaceful and meaningful transition from this world to the next, when your time comes, just breathe and relax and take it all in.

And when you feel like you're ready no hurry at all. When you feel like you're done, you can slowly open your eyes and gently drift back in to the conscious world.
