In Step 5, you met your fabulous self and were given the tools to rediscover yourself in a new and empowering light.

In Step 6, we are going to identify 17 Confidence Killers and their antidotes. Out of 17, 16 are within your control. Only one of them, your conditioning, is outside your immediate control. But as we have seen in Step 2, even for this, there are strategies to reduce its impact.

Most Confidence Killers are disempowering mental habits.

Like all habits, they can be changed but that requires effort, commitment, and patience.

With time, you will tame your Confidence Killers and be able to show up as your authentic, confident self.

Now you can watch the 4-minute video, then click on the link below to download and print your Personal Tasks. These should take you approximately 35 minutes, so allow a total of about 40 minutes for this lesson.

As this course is accredited with the CPD and will count towards your professional education, please note that you will need to submit all your Personal Tasks to me at the end of the program to receive your Certificate of completion. I will also look at your quiz results. So make sure you do all Tasks and Quizzes.
