What would you like to do today, compliment yourself in the mirror. Get into the power position, smile at the mirror. Feel what your soul needs this morning. It's time you take control of your needs and the exercises. Be aware of your insecurities. Because once the program ends, you can coach yourself anytime you feel you lack confidence, make accurate observations of your mental state today and do at least one of the exercises if you need to do all of them, go for it.

Today complete that favorite activity that you chose from your list yesterday, anytime considered as your reward for all your hard work. My strategy is to choose in the moment What does my mind need? What does my buddy need? Sometimes I go for a morning walk. I get myself a cheesecake or just delay my computer time, so I get to relax more. You need to feel what's most rewarding at the moment.

So enjoy it and have fun. Tonight before bedtime, visit the mirror and compliment yourself loudly. Move into your compliment if you need to. Make sure you start accepting the body parts you dislike last week, and just give yourself a verbal pat on the back for doing so well in the program. Here are some suggestions. I love myself.

I'm feeling better about myself every day. I'm so proud of myself. I work so hard for a more balanced and happier life. I deserved my reward.
