If you're listening to this video, it means that you experience a little bit more pain than usual. That's perfectly normal. We all start from a very different level of self confidence. And if you particularly have a problem with body image, this exercise is going to help you. So please close your eyes and take a deep breath. Keep your eyes closed.

And now imagine that a huge hole opens up where the pain is located. Is it in your stomach? Is it in your heart? Is it in your throat? Imagine that the hole opens up where you feel the pain the most, where is the anchor? Now take a deep breath again.

Keep visualizing the hole and imagine how we each frame The pain decreases a little bit. As the air goes into your body, it washes the stress out. You feel heavier getting lighter and lighter. As the pain decreases, you feel more and more confident more positive. You feel as the stress is leaving your body, you're being filled with all these great positive energies and feelings. Keep breathing.

Keep breathing. Take deep breaths, and P visualizing the whole. Imagine how the stress is leaving your body and you're getting filled with positive form emotions. Keep breathing. Keep your eyes closed. Do you still feel the pain focus on Pain.

Keep breathing until you feel it's getting better. When you get better, open your eyes and carry on with the exercise. if or when the pain comes back, just close your eyes and do the breathing exercise
