Just give yourself a good look. Now you will pick body parts that you love about yourself. If you don't have any, don't worry, just pick a few that you dislike the least choose three body parts and pair them loudly that you love them and explain why. Even if you need to lie, just lie for now.

Here are some examples. I love my arms because they are so strong. I love my booty because it has a lovely shape. I love my fingers because they are so long and fine. Now look at the parts that you chose and tell the mirror why you love them and in between complements look back into your own eyes. Keep repeating this for five minutes.
