Remember: Even the little success is a success. Don't let any of your accomplishments go unnoticed. Reward yourself. 

Also, even on the worst days, there is an upside. Whatever happened taught you something. Start seeing the negative as a learning opportunity and embrace it. 

Studies show that stress is only harmful if you believe it is. With mindful practices, you can change how your body reacts to elevated levels of cortisol (stress hormone). If you see it as a challenge, something to learn from, something exciting to tackle, your blood vessels do not change. If you worry, get angry, or react in a negative way, your blood vessels shrink. This increases your chances for heart or brain disease later in life, so take a chill pill when stress comes and look into its eyes, face it, defeat it, learn from it and enjoy the ride!
