DESCRIPTION: It is important to learn how to take a compliment. If you always minimize it or reject it, it won't be given after a while. If it is given, take it. It's a free positivity boost. If someone says you look great but you disagree, you uncover your insecurities, your weaknesses to the world to see. You want to be perceived as a strong person if you want to become one, so start by accepting the compliment and believing it was given because you deserved it.
