Most of us have difficulty keeping our mind focused deeply on one thing, our mind just kind of wants to jump around and scurry and do jump from thing to thing and look all over the place, it really becomes kind of a little bit of a monkey mind, then it's critical that we learn how to tame that our brains are actually quite amazing. The capabilities are staggering. Even the fastest computers now cannot do all the things that our brain can add how amazing that nature has managed to develop something so incredible. And if you think about it, you look around at the world. And so many of the things here from the oldest structures the pyramids, to to modern day amazing buildings, to even the spacecraft that are taking us into space to the telescopes are letting us live. Look into the origin of the universe.

All of these started with a single thought. So that's what our brains are capable of doing, when we keep them focused and we don't let them scurry around here and there. Quite famously, Albert Einstein at a conference was once asked by a colleague for his telephone number, and he looked around the room and spied a phonebook and flipped it open and looked it up and then gave it to his colleague. And his colleague was really quite surprised that Albert Einstein would not know his own phone number. But Albert Einstein had a policy of not keeping things in his head, because that key left room in his head for focus for better things that he could use his brain for. So he would never leave anything in his head that he could look up in a very short time.

So what's in your brain? what's what's buzzing around in there? So in the next video, I'm going to show you how to get everything out of your head, all these things you have to do picking up the kids go get groceries. You know exercise more charity projects, your marketing plan helping your clients. All these things you need to do. We're going to get them out of your head so you can learn how to be empty headed like Albert and like me
