In a hustle society, sleep is not of importance. For health, however, it is of utmost importance. This video will help you understand why sleep is very important and what a lack of sleep is actually doing to our bodies.

As stated in the stress section, today's society doesn't value sleep, we've heard it many times when people say "I'll sleep when I die". We underestimate the power and value that sleep can give to our health and weight loss goals. There is a reason why we spend or should spend, a third of our lives asleep. It is a way for our bodies to recover and our bodily processes to return to normal functions to prepare for another day. If we don't give our bodies this time to do what it needs to recover and repair, it will slowly start to deteriorate.
