There is one type of delivery problem that I have noticed is much more common with women than men. And that is stating a sentence, a declarative sentence and ending it up. I am one of the best consultants in this field. And I think I can help you. If you put a question mark and you end up at the end of your sentences, the end of your paragraphs, well, that is going to undercut your sense of confidence, the perception of confidence and any sense of you being authoritative. That is a legitimate problem.
I do think that it's exaggerated. I can count maybe two clients in my entire life and I've worked with thousands and thousands of women who've had that. But if you detect that as we get going through the process of practicing the speeches, video, recording it and listening to it, that is a problem you're going to have to take very seriously. When you finish when you finish the sentence, you've got to do it with authority with confidence, no question marks unless you're actually asking a question.
