You should be ready for this wedding, you should be feeling very comfortable and confident in the wedding speech you're going to give if you've done what I've asked. Let's recap, we're going to focus on just one quality that's really special that is unique about the bride, the groom couple, and you're going to tell a story about it and you're going to smile and have fun with it and not obsess and not try to give the Gettysburg Address. You're going to rehearse on video, watch it, keep doing it till you like it. And ideally, send your best video to a few other friends and get feedback from them. If you do that, it's gonna be really difficult to not do well in this speech and to not go in to the speech with a lot of confidence. I do want to leave you with just a couple of thoughts that will make it even better smile.
This is a joyous occasion. This is not Sometimes people are so focused on I gotta get through this speech and their face is almost blank and they look about as excited as if they were reading a phone book at a wedding. You don't want that. So, you want a smile. You want the joy of the occasion to be coming through your face. It's more important than what you say that you set the mood of.
This is a happy time. This is a joyous time. These are happy, wonderful people and they deserve happy, wonderful times. If that comes through in your wedding speech, you're going to give a great speech. Good luck.
