So we're gonna review what we've covered in this course, you look at my list this review for you what we've covered, and the practices that you can touch into on a daily basis is, if possible, or just weaving together a tapestry of practices that will really support you that you can wrap around yourself like a warm, cozy blanket all towards you. So we started the breath. And then we went to bodies temple and then tracking sensations in this body, really getting present to what is already occurring. And we practice being able to manage ourselves without repetitive movement practice and how that can so serve us in our relationships so that we can blurt things out. That means may or may not serve. And then of course, the Dharma Bell invites us to pause.
Inserting causes into your life, so you can get present with yourself with what's happening, what you need, really is such deep self care, pausing, pausing, and then mindful speech. How do we communicate? What are we saying to ourselves? I'm just gonna name that mindful speech is what are you saying inside your own head? How are you talking to yourself, right? Is it?
Is it serving? Is it building is it encouraging, or are you tearing yourself down, so be mindful about how You speak to yourself and others. And we practice the Golden Ball meditation, so that we could go in and rest in that deep sanctuary inside, and then opening the eyes, so that we go in, and we go out at the same time. So we're actually focusing our attention in multiple directions going in. And then of course, there's the practice of self love, self love, self acknowledgement, and gratitude, gratitude for life gratitude for how we're showing up in the world.
