Last segment of the practice is probably the most important. They're all important. They're all essential. And they all build on one another, as you may have noticed that this practice is the practice of self love, self acknowledgement, self compassion. So I'd like you to just take a few moments and really acknowledge yourself and this can be a daily practice. I feel like when we do this daily practice of self acknowledgement, self compassion, and self love, along with it comes gratitude.

And I wouldn't offer Mindfulness course without including gratitude, because gratitude is just the river that nourishes and soothes everything. So right now, I'm just gonna invite us to sit, stand or lie down once again, and just open to the practice of opening. Really just open your arms. You can close your eyes, so you're really attending to yourself. But open arms, and then the arms are open, maybe you can feel the chest opens a little bit, the heart meridian runs down the inner arms and into the hands. So really, you are that the hands of love moving through life.

So just take a moment to really appreciate that. yourself, acknowledge yourself. Maybe breathing in gratitude, for your commitment to tend to yourself to attend to your heart, to attend to the places inside, that want to be known. And to tend to or be a devotee of silence. just acknowledging yourself for showing up for your practice or showing up for your life for taking a stand for peace, in your heart, for peace in relationships, Being a catalyst for peace in the world is really breathing in gratitude and appreciation you have for yourself, your body, your life. Maybe it's your willingness to pause.

And I really mean it like, just, if you do it just one practice per day, beginning with one practice per day, if you pause several times in a day acknowledge yourself for that. I paused slow down and pausing right now. Receive myself see this morning receive my direct experience, because that's what it's about. It's about being present mindful, attuned to your direct experience from moment to moment. Because this is all in service of living, a deeply fulfilled life. You came here through some grace, you have incarnated as a human.

So what an opportunity or an opportunity to be here, and to really deeply receive life and our life deeply receive you. So just taking a breath into receiving yourself maybe it's just a little brat. Maybe it's a simple into I'm receiving myself I'm loving myself now myself because there might be some little thoughts poking in that are speaking to the contrary and you can just let them pass by just like clouds being blown by the sky. Just give yourself the space. Yes, yes. Saying yes myself appreciating myself for showing up.

Simple showing up for yourself, sign up for your life, loving yourself. So for me this serve really deeply love and appreciate yourself in your ways from moment to moment. So that you You can be a secret agent of love as you move through the world. You can become a member of Team as your journey through your life. You can be a candle that lights other candles. This is the possibility for your life, my life for all of our lives.
