Now that we have additional team members, assuming that they don't self invite themselves into the board, you can click here and invite them in. If you have more than one team member, you can even have an option to invite all of them in. But right now there's just one person in my team other than myself, so you can send an invite link. And then immediately, you can see his profile picture right here. And he's now added to the board. So what do we do now that we have additional team members?

Well, let's give them things to do. So I shall Give Adam the worst job on earth. And we can do that by clicking on the card, select member and select that person's name. So when you go out and you see there'll be an icon here to show that person is already assigned to this card. And that person will then be able to do this task. You can assign to as many cards as you deem necessary.

And as a shortcut, you can also click on the pencil icon when you're over on the top right of a card and click on Change team members. You can also add multiple team members to one card although this is highly inefficient in my opinion because there's philosophy behind project management where if you put more than one person's name on one task, eventually no one will own the task and it ends up not being done. But for the sake of demonstration, I'm just going to show you anyway, and just click the name so that you'll see two names and two icons on the cart that has more than one person assigned. Pretty cool. Now you can also easily remove or change team members. Just like that.

You can also click on their icon and remove them from the cart as another way to manage the carts better That's it. You now have the knowledge of how to manage team members, team boards and adding and assigning tasks to your new team members on Trello. Have fun, delegating
