We don't often think about money beliefs beyond knowing that we like money and never seem to have enough of it. How you deal with money (your money behavior) is determined by what you think about money (your money beliefs). Your money behavior is an outward display of what you believe about money and its role in your life.
Money Beliefs. A belief is a feeling of certainty about what something is or means. Once identified, we can get rid of our false beliefs about money and replace them with ones that are true.
Money Behaviors. Behaviors are symptoms of internal beliefs. Attending to symptoms while ignoring the underlying cause wastes time and energy. A budget might work for a week or two but will fail unless you get to the root of your spending problems.
Money Attitudes. A group of beliefs concerning a particular subject produces an attitude toward that subject. Once an attitude about money is formed, behavior about money becomes pretty much automatic.
