So in this video, I would like to show you the three step technique that you can use to visualize confidence in your life. So, the first thing that you should do is that you just close your eyes. So try to find a quiet place. So you can do the meditation right now, or you can do that later and just take some notes on how to do it. So, I would like you just to close your eyes, and to think about the situation where you would like to become more confident in and what I would like you to do is to visualize the situation and I would like you to focus on the details. So this should be a situation that right now makes a little bit uncomfortable and where you are not really confident, you have to give a presentation you have to go to a job interview, you have to go to a networking event, you have to talk to your boss.

Try to visualize the place try to visualize the situation with as many details as possible. And you are the actor, it means that you are You're not watching yourself in the situation, but you are the actor. And they will ask you just to look around and to visualize the details of the situation. And then if you start getting stressed because it's a situation that makes you a little bit uncomfortable, I would like you to focus on the details again. And I would like you to do that over and over again. Every day you will focus, you will do this meditation and you will focus and imagine that you are walking around and you are you are, you are here just walking in your boss's office, you are just sitting on the chair.

Just you're just observing, just observing. The goal is to make you at ease and comfortable and confident. And if you do that over and over and over again, you will become confident and comfortable in that situation. Right now not starting saying things to my boss. I'm just in the situation. Okay?

And this is really important here. You have to become comfortable with the situation And then what you want to do is that you want to say affirmations. Loud, it means that I will just close my eyes, I will imagine my boss's office, and then I will be comfortable there, then I will start saying affirmations loud, I will say, oh uncomfortable, oh, this is going to be a great day. I am awesome. I'm amazing. I'm confident.

I'm just amazing. Oh, I just love myself. And I will visualize the office that will walk around the office. What we want to do here is that we want to associate positive affirmations with the place where you will be. And this is really powerful here because if you want to become confident at anything or in a specific situation, it's important that you use this three step process. So the first time that you get to do this visualization, you may be stressed.

So you see that over and over again until you are confident and confident In the situation, and then you start with the affirmation. The more you do that, the more you will become confident. And when you say your affirmation, it's really important that you feel the emotion. You're like working, I'm working my boss's office, I'm just, I'm just, I'm walking. And then I say, Oh, I'm awesome, and I will feel the great emotion. The goal here is again to associate the positive affirmations with the place so that when you will go to your boss's office, you will say, I've already been there many times.

And you will remember the positive association, the positive emotions that you have associated with the affirmation. The two other techniques that I would like to share with you here, it's more like for your life in general, is the positive expectancy. I would like you to expect it going well. It means that before approaching someone, you would expect it going well, before asking for a raise, you would expect it going well. You Because you would show blueprints to your brain that it's possible that it goes well, and it will have higher chances of going well. Now there are people who will tell me, oh, Alan, I always expect it to go badly so that I cannot be disappointed.

But the issue with that and people who say that are not people who are competent, because if you if you expect it to go bad, or if you say, Oh, I'm just going to expect the worst so that I cannot be disappointed. You are showing your brain you are, you're putting the focus of your brain on it will be it will go bad. So you won't be able to negotiate as well. You won't be able to access your full potential, you won't be confidence because you will be expecting the worst. So yes, maybe you won't be disappointed. But you would fake you have higher chances of failing.

So that's why it's really important to expect it going well. And really trust your faculties when you go in your approach that person. When you ask for that raise. When you when you do something, it's really important that you expect going well, it will really help you. So visualization here will really help you with these three steps that you can use for job interviews, networking events, anything. And here is for life in general.

You call someone to ask for date of like you to have this positive expectancy. You asked for a positive expectancy. You talk to friends, positive expectancy, you talk to your husband wife, I would like you to expect it going well. And that's how you can build your confidence with visualization.
