Now let's talk about how you can approach more people. Let's say that you are to networking events, you are somewhere and you would like to approach more people, what are my four best tips on how you can do that? The first tip would like you to see people are opportunities, and also see the benefits that you will get if you approach people. What most people do is that they focus on everything that could go wrong in any direction. They focus on the fact that they can reject them, that they can see that there are failures that are not good enough that they can say, No, they can laugh at themselves. You never know what can happen.

But what most people do is that they always focus on these negative things. And if you focus on the negative things, you won't be able to take action into approach more people. So the human brain will want to take action. If the brain thinks that you can improve Measure from this action. And we want to avoid the actions where the brain things that you will have been or you have something bad that happens to you. So if you're always focusing on the bad things that could happen if you approach people, you won't act.

It's the same thing with the example of the house on fire. Imagine that across the street, there is a house on fire. If I say, there is this house here on fire, and there is a $5 bill inside. If you go in the house, and you take the $5 bill, you can keep it. Would you try it? And most people who say no, I want to try it.

But now I say, in the house, it's not a five by $5 bill that is there. But it's a briefcase with $1 million. If you access it, you can keep it and you can keep the $1 million who will try. And when I asked this question on stage, I would say 75 to 80% say yeah, I will try to do it. What happened here is that they analyzed what they could gain and why and what they can lose from taking action. They said, Oh, I can take action, but then there is the cost of being burned.

So and I can only earn here $5. So it's not good. But then 1 million Oh, but maybe 1 million is worth taking the risk. Maybe I can take action. So it's overly always about analyzing the benefits that you could get from an interaction. So always ask yourself this question, what are the benefits that I can have?

If I approach someone, or maybe I can find a new husband and your wife, maybe I can just find a new client, maybe I can just have a great time. And really try to think in terms of benefits and see people as opportunities that everyone on earth can teach you something. So it's all about having this mindset of, hey, maybe this person can teach me something and I can have a great time and always focus on what you can gain from direction. The second point here is about finding You're Why, why do you want to go to this bar tonight and approach woman, amen. And really be honest with yourself, because if you find your motivation behind approaching people, you will be able to push through the fear, the resistance, and all these negative emotions. So your y is your deepest motivation to approach people.

If you are at a networking event, your y could be to find new clients so that you can have more more money for your children or so that you can give something to your wife. Or you can just be proud of yourself. If the more you make a list of the things that will fuel your motivation, the more you will dare to act to approach people. So think always in terms of what is your motivation in that situation. Number three, I would like you to have fun and make it a challenge because most people take it too seriously. That they think that approaching people is really serious.

You have to be perfect and if not Is this the secret It's not fun, it's it's work. Maybe it's work, but also have fun with that. Because if you approach someone, and even if it's work, but you, you know, like you have a friendly and fun mindset, you can have amazing results. So I would like you to see approaching people, as a challenge as making it fun as something that that is amazing to do something that is fun to do. Don't see it as something that you have to do see something as you choose to do something that you want to do. And you will see just this small distinction here will help you approach more people.

And the number four, it's what I call just one of like you just to approach one person a day, just one, maybe it can be to say something at someone at the bus stop. Maybe it can be to say something on the streets. Maybe it can be to say something in a shop. Maybe it can be to call some to call someone that you don't know just one person because if you do, just one Personally, after one year, you will have met 360 people, maybe in a restaurant, just talk to one person that you don't know, if everyday you talk to one person that you don't know, you will be able to approach more and more people. And the key here is that if you start approaching just one person a day, you will enjoy it. And then you will approach more even more people.

But to just one, just start with one. I'm not saying approach 10 people per day and say just say just one, then you start enjoying that and say, Oh, I enjoy it, I want to approach more people. So that's how you can approach more people. So I still encourage you to write action points. It means that if you think oh my god, this, this one here is, is really, really great. What you can do is just your write down on your piece of paper, I hope that you are taking notes.

You just write down, okay, my action points is to make a list of five benefits when I will get these networking events and make the list of the five benefits that I would get when I approach people And you can do that with two, three, and four. Try to have as many action points. Try to take the content that I'm giving you in these videos and apply it to your own life.
