So now let's talk about your Salesforce. Because if you want to become a confident, you must increase the perception of the value that you have. So how can you increase your Salesforce? First, I would like to give you an exercise. So you can see here that the training is really practical. I'd like you to take a piece of paper and a pen.

And I will be asking you five questions. And I would like you to write the answers of these questions. And to really feel the emotion of the things that you have written. That's how you will be able to fast track your success and to really increase your self worth quickly. So let's start with the first question is what makes you great? What makes you great?

Take a few minutes to really think about it. Think about this question. What makes you create and write down the answers. The second question is What makes you valuable as a human being? Really think about that? The questions that I'm giving you here, I question that I'm giving them to you, it means that the answers have to make sense to you, for example, how I would answer that what makes you valuable as a human being, oh, I'm available as as a human being because I'm a great friend.

I'm a, I'm a great I'm a great lover. I'm a great, I'm outgoing, I'm positive. I have a degree I have my business. I like my hair. You know what I mean? It has to make sense for you.

So this is really important. The answer that you're writing here, I really answers that have to be true to you. And you can also be delusional. For example, if you think that you have value because you are great friend. If you think that you are great friends that That's good. That's good.

But then if in reality, there are some people who think that maybe you're not a great friend, what matters is that you think that you perceive it that you perceive and that you think that you are great at that. That's what we want to do here. We want even to be a little bit delusional. Here. It's a session just to, to really pump yourself up. You know what I mean?

It's not here to find your weaknesses, then try to work on that. We'll do that later. But what I want to do here is just really show you how awesome you are. So what makes you valuable as a human being, you're a great father, great friend, a great husband, a great wife, you are friendly, you're open minded, you are warm, you are generous. You have a degree, you don't have a degree and that's why you succeeded. You have a business you don't have a business you are working at a job that you like, just try to answer this question.

The third question What are your accomplishments, because we tend to focus on the things that we did wrong in our life or the failures that we had. And if you want to become a competent, it's important that we really focus on the things that we're able to do well. So we'd like you here to list at least 10 accomplishments that you have. And it can be small accomplishments. Like, okay, this morning, I brush my teeth, but it can be accomplishments that will also give you more positive emotion when you write them. I would like you to really focus on that.

What are your accomplishments? Oh, and by the way, I expect you to do this exercise because it's really how it will help you become a confident so if you are not doing that, go right now take a piece of paper and a pen and do that. I'm serious. I'm watching Okay, What are your strengths? What are your strengths? We want to value yourself.

What are you? What are your strengths? Are you someone who is optimistic? What are your strengths, and you must find between three and five strengths? If you don't know and you say, Oh my god, I have no strength at all. Ask your friends, as people that hang out with you.

Ask them, you can even send them a text. You just explained that you are doing a survey, or you just want to learn more about yourself. And you ask them, Hey, could you tell me what do you think my three strengths are? And then they will tell you and something that is also really valuable. And number five is what do you like about yourself? Do you like your muscles?

Do you like your eyes? Do you like your face? Do you like your long legs? What do you like about yourself? You can see here these five questions here. I really here to just make you feel better.

And it's just about sending The focus here I'm forcing you to focus on positive things that you already have, and things that you have accomplished on things that you know how to do what, what you are good at, and things that you like about yourself, things that make you valuable, and things that make you great. And when you have the least in front of you, you should start feeling good. start feeling pretty awesome. And that's the goal. What I encourage you to do is every night and every morning, when you wake up and when you go to sleep, you just read again, what you have written you you read the answers to these five questions, and you really feel the emotion and I guarantee that you do that for one week. You will never be the same again.

Confidence has been figured out I'm giving you the best tool. So do the exercise you will see how amazing it is and how would you transform your life. Now I would like to give you here an exercise You had a situation in the past, and you thought that you were not good enough. And now, when you look back at the past, you don't perceive yourself as good enough and you thought that you didn't have value in that environment. Do you know the kind of experience I'm talking about? And I would like to ask you two questions here.

The first question is, instead of saying, oh, but what went wrong in that environment? It said that you had a presentation to give, and it was really awful. And you thought that you were not good enough. The first question I'd like to ask you is, why do I have value in that environment? or Why did I have value in that environment? Because I want to, again, change your focus and start thinking positively.

Why did I have value or why do I Why do I have value in that environment? Now? Why did I have value in that environment? Oh, I had value because I had 10 years of experience. I had great skills. Okay, the presentation maybe was bad, but not Let's not talk about that.

I had great skills. Why did I have value in that environment? Oh, because it took me five years to get that job. So I think I deserve it. You know what I mean? You start listing all the things that makes you valuable in that environment.

And the second question would be, what can you learn and improve? Because if you were in that situation, and you couldn't master the presentation, you have released it. Why has why you had value in that environment? And what are what were the things that you did well, but maybe you lack some skills. Maybe there is something that you can learn and improve. Maybe you could just buy a book on how to give great presentations.

Maybe you could just ask people what you can improve. Maybe you can, you can attend public speaking classes. It's really up to you to decide what you can improve. And with the strategy here I'd like you to think about the memories in the past of the things that you didn't really do well, and that you could have improved that when you first to boost yourself with here with a little bit of create value of great emotions. And then ask yourself this question, what can I learn and improve? And then at the end of the exercise, you can have a list of I will say, five things that you can improve in your life.

And that's how you will become a better version. You can have by book on presentations, kids attend drama classes, then you can have for example, ask a friend on how to seduce woman. I don't know what it is, but it's just about improving yourself and improving the competence that you have.
