So now let's continue here with the positive focus and the mental pictures. The question that I would like to ask you now is, how do you perceive yourself? If you visualize yourself? How do you perceive yourself? Is it a confident person? Or is it a low, confident person?

If it's a low, confident person, when you're interacting with people, when you are taking actions, and you're just thinking about yourself, you will picture yourself low confidence. And this is the blueprint that you would give your brain on how to act. Because if you if you visualize, and if you think that you are not confident, and you visualize yourself, you will give this group into your brain, and your brain will say, Oh, this is a blueprint on how I should act. And it's really powerful here. So what you want to do here is try to change the picture that you have the mental picture that you have about yourself, and transform it into a more confident fashion. So that when you will think about yourself, you will think about a confident version.

You have a confidence picture about yourself. And this is the blueprint that will impact your brain and you will start acting as a confident person. So, the first step, visualize yourself as the most confident person, I would like you now, to just take a few minutes to close your eyes into visualize your confident self. Imagine yourself at the top, imagine yourself as the as the best imagine, you know, when you're unstoppable, and you think that you can accomplish anything. This is the kind of vision that I would like you to help and they will make you really to, to picture it. I would like you to picture to visualize your confident self.

If you say, Alan, I not created visualization. Don't worry, I would like you to write down to describe, you write down and you describe your confidence self, and then you feel the emotions of this confident self. So I would like you to do that to really have the clear mental picture. About You, that is really confident. The second step is to name your confidence step. What is the name, in my case is super Allah.

This is my confidence. It's called Super Allen. For now I associated the vision of me highly confident with the name that is super Alan. And I'd like you to do the same try to find a name you can find another name, you can just add something before shipper Mark shipper, whatever you want, the first thing that comes to your mind and that describe these persona that you have created that highly competent person that you have created. And the third step is to everyday. Think of your best self.

What we want to do is that we want to replace the previous image that you had about yourself was a low confidence image with the one that you have created in my case is the super Allen. So it means that when I will be interacting with people, I will be at work or in any situation. And we just think about myself that is not confident. What I will do is that I will replace this image with super Alan, and then it will show the blueprint to my brain. Oh, I should start acting as Super Alan. How do you do that?

If you picture yourself negatively or low confidence, imagine that this is the image that you have here. Okay. you picture yourself that is low confident, of like you just to imagine that your confidence the image of your confident self is behind, in my case, Shannon, and then you imagine that the confident image, destroys breakthrough the other image and destroys it Smash. Again. you picture yourself Self, not confident, you have the image here, you imagine that the confidence self is behind the image of the confidence that I imagined that super Alan is behind. And then I imagine that the mental will destroy, push to the other image and fake and destroy it.

And then I would have the image of super Alan. And this is the blueprints that I will have when I interact with people. When I'm at work, when I'm recording that when I'm giving a presentation, when I'm on stage in front of hundreds and hundreds of people. This is the blueprint that I will always have, I will always visualize myself positively unconfident never look confident, because it's like visual his eyes He said, visualize myself not confident. Here's what would happen. Because whatever we visualize, mostly, most of the time, is what happens.

So maybe if you're not confident now, it may be because you don't have a good mental picture. So I really encourage you to do this exercise right now. And think all the time about your persona about your competent persona. What you can also do is to set an alarm on your phone, you can every hour or every two or three hours, you just set an alarm and you say, visualize my best self. This is something that I did at the beginning to just condition my, my body and my brain to visualize myself more positively and more confident. And then when you have the alarm, you just say, Oh, I have for one minute to visualize my confidence self.

Oh, great. And that's how you can become better and more confident.
