Hi, I'm Tony factory. Thank you for joining me for another video blog series. As part of this life principles series, this is the fifth installment. We're talking about stress today, letting go of stress and anxiety in your life. I guess with the way that life is presented to us at the moment and with our jobs, our careers, our relationships, it's inevitable with stress starts to catch up to us. We hear so much about stress in the media, you're stressed, we're stressed, and that we almost begin to take on that burden.

And so how do you navigate life By being stressed or how do you navigate the concept of stressed and how does it work for you? Well, stress is actually not a bad thing. It raises our tolerance levels to some degree. Stress only becomes a concern. When it starts to envelop your life when the burden of a stress whether it's marital relationship, career, financial or health begins to dominate your life, you begin to ruminate constantly about the stress. And so what I'm asking you to do in this video is to let go of this stress, let go of the anxiety, let go of the constant need to evaluate to, you know, over analyze the component which is the cause of your stress.

If I told you that the cause of yours Trust isn't actually out there. And when I say out there, out there in the world, but he's actually in your mind. So if that's a radical thought, how do you navigate stress? Well, let's look at the mind. If we look at the way that we respond to stress, then doesn't it hold evidence that if we change our thoughts, or the way that we look at our thoughts, then the stressful situations tend to change as well. Wayne Dyer, author of a number of books put it so eloquently when he said, If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

So it's really up to us to look at our thoughts, our emotions, our beliefs and what we bring to life. When we change effectively what we bring to life, then life responds back to us. responds favorably. It says Hi, I now know that you are responding to this in a totally different way. Therefore, you've changed the mechanics of your mind and subsequently change what is out there. And so I invite you to begin looking closely at the way you respond to the stressors in your life.

Your ultimate aim is to let go of these anxieties, these fears, these afflictions, which really take hold in your mind, and slowly and surely you begin to navigate your way through life, which is an amazing way to be.
