This one-hour workshop is recorded life. The guest presenter is Fran Garton who is a Pain Reduction Coach and Body Positive Personal Trainer. She teaches clients to identify triggers, reduce stress, and set boundaries with easy-to-implement mindset, movement, and nutrition strategies.

The second half of the recording teaches a few sets of points from the Bio-Touch Healing system for how to help loved ones with positive body image awareness.
