DESCRIPTION: I cover a lot here and I know it’s the most inopportune time for it because you are no longer responsible for just yourself. You have less time for yourself than ever before. I just want to put you at ease by saying that it is never too late to start doing all of this. If you don’t have the capacity or the space to do any of it today, don’t fret. Your baby will not need you as much as it needs you right now. You will have the ability to do what you need and want to do one day. And that will be the best time for you to start this work. So if that time isn’t now, take in what you can, incorporate what you can when you can, and just know that your ability to do it will increase and it will never be too late to do so.
